i wanted to be casual but cute. i walked to the bathroom to brush my teeth and do a little makeup. i smelled breakfast coming from the kitchen and it smelled a m a z i n g !
*after a few hours of shopping*
allissa and i decided to walk down the street for some coffee. we were walking past a store on the street and these guys were making a tiktok. they were dancing and one of the guys backed up right into me. i lost my balance and tripped over one of my bags. someone grabbed my arms and saved me from falling to the ground. i turned around, expecting it to be allissa, but i saw a tall guy standing over me with brown hair, blue eyes, and a hoodie. he looked so familiar, and very attractive if i'm being honest. he still had his hand on one of my arms still and was holding the bag i tripped on. we stared at each other for a moment and i forgot what just happened. i felt like he was staring into me. but i felt as if i was frozen and couldn't look away. this feeling was so weird. then i snapped out of it and something was familiar about him.....then it all clicked.
me: ..wait a second. allissa: kate, you good? me: oh my god...you're the asshole that stole our cab last night in the city! allissa: oh my god him?! ??: oh my god..i'm really sorry for backing into you. me: what r the odds of us running into each other again.
his friends were all so confused and staring at us weird. he was with a group of all guys. he tried to say something, but i interrupted-
