It smelt like wet dog in every. SINGLE. Room. Maths, wet dog. Science, wet dog. History, wet dog. Health, actually, health didn't smell like wet dog. It smelt like dead dog and sweat. Oh and don't get me started on the bathrooms. I think if I went in there I would have literally disintegrated.
How could these people spend everyday here? I've been here a day and I think I have lost my ability to smell, entirely. I've been shown around, and from what I've been shown, I'm probably going to be dead by Thursday given how disgusting this place is. Even though I think I know where everything is, I'm not sure I want to know.
I walked to my locker. Please be normal. Please be normal. Please be normal.
I opened it and I didn't even know how to explain how much I wanted to turn myself inside out...and please tell me that's mushed banana.
"Oi!" my entire body just went through an earthquake. Who the hell interrupted me trying to decipher what this mystery substance is?
I turned and it was a guy with blonde, curly hair. He was average looking in most aspects but he had a very bright energy that I couldn't shake. He nudged me and chuckled. As if him yelling 'Oi!' at me and giving me a heart attack was supposed to be a joke.
Oh god, just smile Jisung. My gums were on show and my face looked like I was constipated. But I didn't know that, so I continued to 'smile' at him.
"Hi, I'm Chan, that's Felix and this is Changbin. We're supposed to be friendly 'cause you're new and what not, so, you can come sit with us at lunch if you don't have anyone else, yeah?" He was Australian, definitely an Aussie. My smile had faded while he was talking as I was trying to understand his words through his accent. But I quickly switched back to my awkward grin as he finished. Yes, nice socialising Jisung. Your absolutely phenomenal.
I watched him walk away as I finally let out the breath I had been holding since he spoke to me. That was it? That was pretty over and done with but I mean what can you expect from a teenager?
I shut my locker and leant my head against the cold metal. The sigh I let out was quiet so the people around me didn't notice my muffled complaints. Besides, I didn't need any unwanted attention.
Why did we have to move? What is so good about Seoul?
I flicked my hood up and walked off to class, not having put my books in my locker since I was concerned I was going to get a disease, and hoped today would pass by quick.

"Out of all the places to go why did we have to come to the Health room? It smells like something died." Seungmin didn't respond to my question instead he proceeded to unzip his bag.
"I have to agree with Minho. Why here?" Jeongin propped himself up on a desk as he crossed his arms in waiting.
I looked over to see seungmin pull out a clear container. There was something fuzzy in it and-OMG WHAT IN THE-
"WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THAT?!" Hyunjin took the words out of my mouth. He was just as confused as I was. I didn't take a second to react as I literally sprinted to the corner, squishing myself againt the wall.
"What do you mean? it's Harrold." Seungmin stepped closer. I screamed louder than I ever thought I could, as the puppy reassembling boy inched closer.
"Seungmin I have understood that you are a literal psychopath but WHY IN THE EVER LOVING FUCK WOULD YOU BRING A FRICKING HUNTSMAN SPIDER TO SCHOOL?!" I stood as far away from that giant, hairy arachnit as I could.
"Oh come on Minho, he won't bite." Seungmin stared at Harrold as he stood static in the small container he was in. A look of love in his eyes as he continued to stare.
"Why isn't he moving? Is he dead?" Jeongin was not asking the right questions, in my opinion but thats not really the first thing that came to mind as I watched Seungmin continue to be fascinated by that devil creature. I still stood there, confused. How is it no matter how long I have known this kid he still manages to freak me out, daily.
Although, Jeongin was right, Harold wasn't moving. I could see Seungmin start to shake the container in an effort to make the eight legged creature move, which, if you asked me, wasn't an amazing idea.
"Harrold? Harrold! ha- AAAAHHH!!" I looked up. The spider was gone- THE SPIDER WAS GONE.
"RUN!!!" I was out of there like I was never going to run again in my life. The rest of my friends were right behind me. I think. I honestly couldn't tell because I wasn't paying attention to anything other than getting the hell out of there.
I was going down the hallways as fast as I could. Trying to get as far away as possible. There was no way I was dying today. I looked behind me to see if my friends were actually there but I didn't get a chance to see, as I face planted into the floor.
Except...why is the floor kind of...soft? And why does it feel like the floor is moving- OMG I'M ON TOP OF A PERSON.
"I am so sorry I-" All the colour drained from both our faces. The pure confusion and anger passed between our eyes.
"What the hell are you doing here?!"
