"Let's play a game." I thought about Minho's proposition for a moment.

"I don't really own any games..." I responded looking around as if I was going to find a game we could play.

"No...I mean like twenty questions or truth or dare, you know?" Something in my stomach wasn't sitting right with the mention of those games. They were the sort of games that always went to places they weren't supposed to. "Oh come on, it'll be fun." Minho gently nudged my shoulder, as if to encourage me to play.

"Alright...you pick though, and you have to go first." With the deal made, along with my agreement, Minho neatly piled up some of the work and placed it on the nearest table, making space for himself to get comfortable on the bed. Once we moved around a bit we both sat facing each other, with our legs crossed.

"Hmm, I'd rather play twenty questions, so question one, cats or dogs? You have to answer honestly." I thought for a moment, they were both adorable but after awhile I did come to a conclusion.

"Cats, definitely cats." I saw Minho's face light up at the answer.

"Good! 'Cause I've got three." I couldn't help but admire Minho in this moment. He always seemed so happy to talk about his cats.

"Yes, I know Minho, I'm pretty sure everyone who has ever talked to you knows that. Anyways, my turn. Hmmm, what's something I don't know....what's your favourite colour?"

"Mint."

"What's your lucky number? Oh wait no I already know it's eight...um...Cheesecake or Chocolate cake?"

"What no! Don't make me choose! Fine...cheesecake. What are your cats names?"

"Soongie, Doongi and Dori, I can't believe you would forget! Hmm...what's your favourite season?"

"Winter."

The questions went back and forth, a few laughs amongst the answers. Then we each had one question left.

"Okay this is your last one, make it count." I thought for awhile. A long while, I really wanted to make this one count, but I didn't want to cross any lines.

"Would you...would you ever think of us...as..." I paused, rethinking my question, but Minho encouraged me to keep going and it was a little late to go back now. "...would you ever think of us as...more than friends?" I'm sure by the time I finished asking, my face would have already gone redder than what should be physically possible. I didn't even look to see Minho's reaction, already having used all my courage to ask the question in the first place.

"Yes." I felt a pang in my heart like someone shot at my chest, in a good way? Yes? Did he just say yes? As in he does see us as something more? Does that mean I'm not the only one who is going absolutely insane?

"I think...I like you...like...like you like you. I know what I said with Hyunjin but I was scared and I wasn't being honest with myself. I guess I've told myself to see you a certain way for so long that I didn't know how to see you as something else." My hands were visibly shaking. My heart was about to jump straight out of my chest, I was burning up at every word that left Minho's lips.

I couldn't avoid eye contact much longer as Minho took it upon himself to tilt my head up, leaving his hand on my chin as our eyes met.

"My turn, and I have one last question." I couldn't speak, I couldn't move, I couldn't anything, except stare into his stupid, beautiful eyes. I just waited for him to ask.

"Can I kiss you?" I opened my mouth to answer. I knew what my answer would be before he even finished asking.

"Ye-"

"Dinner's ready!" My chin felt cold as his hand left it. We basically jolted our bodies back, backing away from eachother. I was a little disappointed if I'm honest, actually no, a lot disappointed. I wanted to kiss him so bad.

We both gradually made our way to the kitchen where my parents and my brother were already sat at the table. I took a seat opposite my brother, leaving the space next to me for Minho. I could tell he was a bit tense sitting with my family. Now that I thought about it, meeting families was a step in our relationship that should have been long down the road, yet here we were.

"So my brother has a friend...who knew?" My father looked over to my brother with a stern look.

"Well Jisung, aren't you going to introduce him?" My father questioned. I looked at Minho and then around the table. Everyone was waiting for me to say something, well my brother was more interested in the food in front of him but he was still waiting to hear me speak.

"His name's Minho, he's my...friend from school." My parents smiled as my older brother gave me a suspicious glare.

"Or maybe...more." I watched my brother wiggle his brows from across the table. I swear he can not keep his mouth shut for one second. I kicked him under the table, watching as he silently winced at the pain.

"Well, it's nice to meet you Minho." My father nodded.

"Well dig in!" My mother called from beside my brother. Everyone followed as we ate the delicious food she had made.

Every now and again my mother would ask Minho a question, he tried to keep his answers short as he didn't want anything to get too personal. I didn't blame him, he must have felt pretty put on the spot.

After dinner we both headed back to my room where we found ourselves on my bed.

The tension was pretty high as we had ended on an...interesting note, before dinner had interrupted. Lucky Minho took the initiative to speak first.

"Let's finish the assignment tomorrow. Do you wanna watch a movie on my phone?" I thought for a moment before agreeing.

It took awhile to pick a movie as there wasn't anything particularly interesting. In the end we decided to watch a ghibli film that had good reviews.

Then the realisation came that we were going to have to be pretty close to both see the screen.

We both laid back on the bed, a little hesitant in our movements, falling beside each other. At this point we were a good twenty centimetres apart and it was pretty awkward at first. Though as the movie went on we inched closer to each other, not necessarily to get closer to one another but at an attempt to get better view of the film. Eventually our shoulders were touching. I wasn't sure how much I was paying attention to the movie as all I could focus on was the slightest touch of Minho. I wanted to get closer but I didn't know how to. I wasn't very experienced in the whole relationship thing, I mean, how was I supposed to know how to cuddle someone?
