Author: Sorry I accidently posted the wrong chapter and only realised now. I'm an idiot but here is the correct chapter. 🤡

The hour was long. Sixty minutes felt like six hundred. I drifted my eyes to the clock hoping for it to just be four pm already. Just waiting for it to be over. I kept looking up, a little too often if I'm being honest.
Finally we only had a few minutes left. I watched as each second, the hand made its way around the clock. Then just as the big hand touched the twelve, I lept up from my seat. Not enough to disrupt the other two people in the room, but enough to show Mrs Choi that we were allowed to leave.
"Oh look at that, four o'clock. You may leave but don't ever cause a ruckus like that in my class room ever again." I nodded quickly dashing out of the room, giving Minho a quick death glare on my way out.
I headed out the front of the school towards the address Chan had given me. It wasn't too far away from the school, so it was easy enough just to walk. Chan had said they were renting out the room on school afternoons. The whole place was rented out to the musically talented all the time. From dancers to producers to singers. It made me happy to know that there was such a place that people like him could express themselves without being judged.
I stood outside the glass doors. It would be a lie to say that I wasn't nervous. It was scary showing other people my music. I had never done anything like this before. Mostly because I was worried they would say something bad.
I swallowed my fear and opened the door. I then realised I had no idea which room Chan was in. I looked around to see if there might be a hint as to where Changbin and him would be, but unfortunately I didn't have much luck.
I turned to see a young lady sat at a desk near where I had just walked in. I gathered my courage and walked over on a mission to find out where the hell Chan was residing.
"Uh excuse me- sorry, I was just wondering if you knew where a guy named Chan would be at all?" The woman looked up at the sound of my voice, facing away from her computer to get a better look at me.
"Chan? Oh! Chan, yes of course. If you go down the corridor on your right, he's through the first door on the left." I couldn't get myself to say anything but a quiet thank you before I headed in the direction she had pointed me in.
I got to the door and I had my hand hovering the surface. Why was I so worried? Chan was kind, he wouldn't say anything that would hurt me. Changbin wouldn't either. I took a deep breath and knocked on the door. The door swung open revealing a boy with pitch black hair and a mask. I soon realised it was Changbin who had greeted me so quickly.
"Jisung! You made it." I gave a small smile before he let me in the room.
He offered me a chair, so with that I took a seat next to Chan who looked busy on the computer in front of him. Though it didn't take long for him to realise my presence beside him.
"Well let's not waste any time, why dont you show us those tracks?" My eyes widened, feeling the request was sudden, even though I should have expected it given it was the reason I was here.
I placed my bag on my lap so I could pull out a USB that held the contents of what I thought might be my best work.
The two listened intently. Not much reaction shown on their faces. It was worrying to not see what they thought straight away but I could be patient, kind of.
Once the third song came to an end they both looked at me. Chan's smile was bright and Changbin was pretty happy, from what I could tell.
"That was amazing Jisung! You made me wanna cry for God's sake." Chan let out a chuckle, which sent a wave of relief through my body.
"Yeah you're seriously talented." I couldn't help but have a cheesy grin cover my face. I had never really been complimented on my music. It actually meant a lot to hear that I wasn't just wasting my time.
"Thanks, I was hoping I was." The boys laughed as I couldn't do anything but continue to be overjoyed.
The next hour was spent listening to their tracks and just talking about music. It was so interesting listening to how they made their music. Seeing how someone's process could be so different to my own was amazing. It was like a whole new world of music to me. I didn't know much, I was only young, not having spent that long invested in my music and I could tell Chan knew what he was doing, whether he wanted to admit it or not.
It reached around five pm and I decided it was about time I head home.
"Thank you for letting me come here. It was really cool."
"Anytime. Just give us a buzz if you ever wanna come down here. We're pretty much always here anyways." I nodded. I was definitely going to take him up on that offer.
I walked out, closing the door behind me. I looked up to walk away but in the corner of my eye I could see something, something I never thought I would ever see.
From where I was standing, I could see through the small glass window that fitted the top half of a door. Though it was small, I could just catch a glimpse of a familiar face.
