Jisung was ready earlier than usual. His mother seemed to notice as she gave him a perplexed look when he happily strolled past her.

"Eager to get to school are we?" Jisung didn't pay much attention to how early he had gotten ready, but he had already admitted to himself that he was excited to see Minho again.

It still had him stuck how his view on Minho had changed so much, so quickly.

Or maybe it never really had. Maybe deep down Jisung knew that he always felt this way about Minho but chose to mask it with hatred and nasty names.

"Yeah, you could say that." Jisung smirked.

He went to school after that. He was already looking left and right for Minho in the halls until he looked up and met eyes with the tall boy he had almost forgotten about.

Jisung stood static for a moment, trying to decide whether to turn around or approach him. He didn't have much to say in the decision making process as Hyunjin was already starting to walk towards him with a painful look lingering on his features and a slumped motion in his steps.

"Hey Jisung...I know you are probably sick of me by now but again, I am sorry. I shouldn't have blamed you for what I was feeling. I should have never hurt you. I know I've apologised but I still feel horrible." Hyunjin looked devastated and beyond guilty. Jisung felt his heart ache at how sorry the boy looked. Jisung didn't even waste time on a second thought and gave Hyunjin a hug.

It wasn't long or too sentimental but it was enough to make a little bit of guilt fall from Hyunjin's mind.

"Let's be friends." Jisung said after pulling away from the hug.

Hyunjin gave a small puppy smile and held out his hand.

They shook hands and exchanged agreeing looks before leaving each other once again.

On cue Jisung saw Minho down the hall and waddled over with a goofy grin.

"Hey Minho." The love was laced in his voice as he softly spoke, much different to how he usually did around Minho.

"Hey squirrel." Minho didn't try to hold back his happiness. He saw Jisung look surprised at the nickname. "Do you not like me calling you squirrel?" Jisung only thought for a moment before he answered.

"Actually, it's weird. I used to hate it but I don't know, I like the way you say it now." Jisung looked away feeling a little shy at his confession.

Minho giggled and held a soft touch to Jisung's arm.

Their time was cut short as the bell rang but Minho asked for them to eat lunch at the tree they once sat at together and of course, Jisung agreed.

-

Minho waited at the tree, a little impatient as he waited for his squirrel to arrive. It had only been a few minutes but Minho was already getting antsy.

However he didn't know that his squirrel was planning something.

Jisung snuck up on the other side of the tree, aware of every branch he would have to avoid. He got closer and closer to Minho. A few inches away. Suddenly he jumped from behind the tree to beside Minho.

"Ah! Wha- Jisung!" Jisung burst into laughter as he saw the shocked look on Minho's face.

At first Minho was annoyed but with every laugh his frown turned into a smile.

"Your laugh is beautiful." Jisung's laughing died down quite quickly at the sudden compliment as he felt a heat rush to his face.

"Yours is prettier." He played with the grass as he spoke. Not feeling confident with his 'flirting'.

"Maybe but your eyes are prettier." Jisung was overwhelmed by the compliments matching with Minho's loving stares, though it was such a nice feeling.

"Minho...stoppp, it's cringey as hell." Jisung may have said it was cringey but he felt each compliment resonate with him.

"Not as cringey as you saying cringey. Besides, don't lie, you love it." As the conversation between the two lowered to a comfortable silence they pulled out they're food.

Minho ate as usual, throwing different bits of food in his mouth.

Jisung on the other hand couldn't stop glancing beside him. He wasn't quite sure why...but he really had the urge to let Minho feed him.

It seemed like an odd desire to crave, out of all the things ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Minho noticed but tried not to pay too much attention, he wasn't quite sure what the stares meant. After a while though he saw Jisung was more looking towards the food than Minho himself. Minho then had an idea.

Without saying a word he guided his hand to Jisung's mouth holding a piece of chicken out in front of his face.

Jisung wasn't expecting it at first but as soon as he realised he quickly took it with his teeth and chewed with a satisfied look plastered to his face.

So the lunch break was nice. Just the two of them being cheesy and lovey-dovey, though they were still at school so it couldn't last for too long. After school they met outside the gates where they had mutually agreed to walk to the studio together. But they had forgotten that Hyunjin was the only person besides themselves that knew the two had 'worked things out'.

Some way or another their hands had slip into each other's as they started on the path to the studio. As they took slow steps, two people had made their way either side of them.

"So when did this happen?" Chan blurted, clearly looking to their interlaced hands. Minho jumped at the voice beside him, his hand momentarily leaving the warm feeling of Jisung's hold.

"Yeah why didn't you guys say anything!" Changbin grumbled with a pout beside Jisung.

A nervous aura surrounded the two.

"W-well we just talked and stuff happened and here we are." Jisung had put it very simply. The process in which they got to this point wasn't as simple as he made it sound.

"What, so you guys are like dating? Like, you're boyfriends?" Both Jisung and Minho tensed at Chan's question.
