Generally if a girl falls from the topmost diving board and struggles to swim(shes drowning in short) a person who knows to swim such as me would dive in and save her but what did I do? I was kinda being a dick(and savage). Well I have a phobia I'm scared of girls. Now, I know all boys are ,but my phobia is pretty intense I don't even talk to a 2 year old girl or a dumb 80 year old woman, I just talk to girls I know like my mom(that's pretty much everyone...relatives suck) so I ran and called the swimming coach who dived in and saved her(savage and shitty) I didn't understand but she was smiling when she was lifted out of the water, she was smiling at me(a girl who was drowning is smiling rather than breathing).

She had a cute smile, infective and attractive. She had big brown eyes, her eyebrows were a spot of interest(they were just big). Dimples appeared on her cheeks when she smiled. I was confused with thoughts like why was she smiling, why wasn't she angry at me for letting her suffer for two minutes when I ran halfway across the swimming pool to get the coach rather than jump in and save her blah blah blah. I hurried to the changing room with these revolting thoughts. I changed and came outside to sit on one of the many benches in the swimming pool, I always do that after swimming a peaceful aftermath of high calorie burning.

"hey hi!"I heard a voice behind me and I turned..... she was there(obviously shes not invisible and she had to have some questions after the diveboard incident).
My palms became sweaty(PHOBIA).
"can I sit next to you?*that cute smile*"
Okay okay okay calm down shes just a girl I told myself(who fell for you) she too had changed her clothes obviously(girls cant stay in one dress too long especially a swimsuit) she looked prettier, hair loose, swiped right. She wore round specs, she was adjusting them.
"im Ankita*stretches hand for a hand shake*"she said with a smile
"ehhe I'm a swimmer*nervous voice*"
came my trademark stupidest answer. She gave a confused look with a smile, eyebrows up. I then corrected and introduced myself.

"you haven't really spoken much to girls before have you?*laugh*"
"yeaahhhh I study in a boys school. Uh.......what about you?(WTF)"

She laughed more. I mean I know it was a dumb question but I didn't know how else to make conversation, part of me wanted to be this sweet girls bestfriend and another part of me wanted to run away screaming. She was actually the first girl who wanted to be my friend or the first girl who ever showed any interest in me(my mom counts as lady not girl)
"im an NRI but I talk to boys, just not much."
"whats an NRI?"(I swear honestly I didn't know)
"*more laughter* omg youre cute(something is wrong with her specs)"
She then explained to me thrice about what an NRI was because I didn't understand and then we spoke for an hour or more I guess. She was from America, new york, she was in india due to her fathers business aand her father was some big shot rich guy whose occupation she actually didn't know(weirdness overload). Turned out she was a nerd and she was beautiful which earned her a lot of bullying in school from the girls side because according to her those two are two things that most girls in america don't like in other girls. She asked me if I could meet her in the park next to the swimming pool the next day at 5:00pm for which I agreed. I headed home, my parents were tensed (I still don't know the reason) so I didn't tell them about Ankita. I was happy, partly because I made my first girlfriend(girl_friend) and partly because I created a good first impression(I rarely do that).
