TWO MONTHS it's been and Ellena has been acting very weird lately. I wonder what's up with her and she won't even tell me a thing.

"So Amber are we still going to Ashley's Party" Ellena questions delightedly.

"Are you sure you wanna go" I lifted my face up to get clarity.

"Yeah, I mean why not" She smirks bravely.

"Charlet is gonna be there. I wonder what drama they'll cause this time." I raised an eyebrow with concern.

"I'm ready for them" She responds bravely yet again.

"Who are you and what have you done with my Besfriend " I chuckled in excitement.

"You know Amber, you taught me how to be brave and how to stand up for myself. I'm not gonna let them walk all over me anymore. I'm not giving them that power anymore."

I lifted my eyes up in complete confusion but happily smiled at her.

"That's my bestfriend"

"You guys having bestfriend moments without me" Ashanty yells walking towards us.

"Ashanty? What'd you bring for us" I joked.

"Food" she teased.

"Hi Ash.. you found me leaving" Ellena greated lifting her bag up.

"What's up with her" Ashanty curiously asked.

"Tell me about it. I think she's hiding something from us. That's not the Ella I know." Folded arms, crossed legs, I sat staring at Ellena's disappearance.

"So are you guys coming to my sister's party" Ash conversely queries.

"Don't worry we'll be there." I responded parting ways with my second bestfriend. Still worried about Ellena's behavior.

"See you tonight"

6 P.m after a shower moment, I slid on my red cocktail dress, with my black shiny heels. I grabbed my black crutch bag and headed for the door.

"Amber are you done yet"

"Be down in a minute mom."

Few steps away, I surprised Mom, with my heavenly look. Leaving her all speechless.

"Oh honey......You look....splendid" She complemented giving me gosh eyes, with her hand brought along to her chest. So dramatic!

"My baby has grown" She fake cried and pulled me in for a hug.

"Can't breath Mom!" I giggled pulling away.

"Ready to go" She smiles.

"Let's bounce Mom"

We drove all the way to Ellena's house, with an intention of picking her up.

"Ellena"

"Amber" she jumps in for a hug.

"Wow! I almost didn't recognize you. Wow you look beautiful " Ellena's look left me speechless. She looked way more sexier in a dress and her eyes pop without glasses. Wow I didn't know this side of her.

"Thanks Amber. You look beautifuler. She giggles.

"Girls, let's go. It's getting late" Mom yells in excitement.

"Ellena make sure you're back in this house before eight." Mr Peterson yells.

"Sure Dad."

"And no making out with boys" Mrs. Peterson yells back.

"Your wish is my command Mom." Ella yells back.

They're so weird and loving. I love their relationship.

After Mom dropped us at Ashanty's party, we were welcomed by the glances. Everyone wowed in our presence giving them smiles in return.

The house was full of people dancing and mingling.

"Is that Ellena" A voice spoke out loud, stealing my attention away.

"Ellena Peterson?" Another whisper.

"Wow, she looks. Different"
"Who is that she's with"

"The new girl. Wow her dress is out of this party"
I turned around to look, only to see Charlet and the rest spying on our imperfections.

"Wow, you girls look good" Charlet complements in a jealous manner.

"I could say the same about you too"

"Ellena, Amber! You guys are here" Ashanty shouted pulling us in for a hug.

"Amber, please take a picture of me" Ella begged.

I raised an eyebrow, before meeting my eyes with Ashanty's. "Sure"

I took multiples of pictures, some groupies and so forth.

"Looser into pictures now" Charlet yells and the entire room went from chats to silence. Ellena stood quietly not knowing what to say. Still fighting with her ego I guessed.

Quite shy but sneaky, she replies. "Charlet what is it that you really want from me"

"For you to die looser! Your presence annoys the crap out of me." She yells.

Ellena stormed off running, tearing in deep pain. But lastly she softly said "I'm sorry, that I'm not a person anymore. I'm a problem." She held her mouth roughly and turned back out.

"Ellena?" I yelled. "You know what Charlet. You are nothing but a manipulative, insecure bustered. You only enjoy hurting people to feel powerful and that's not what life is about." I shouted.

"Get a life Charl" Ashanty yells again following me out.
