It's been a long time coming but we have finally pulled it off.

Holiday it is and we're going out tonight. With the supervision of Adrian obviously.

After a long warm shower, I slid on my high waist jeans and a black Adidas crop top. I just had my hair done and my face looked like that of an Angel. I did a little touch of makeup on my face, grabbed my little hand bag and my jacket. Heading over to the beamed door to flash it open.

"Wow, P-princess you look stunning " Adrian complemented welcoming me with a forehead kiss.

"You look absolutely amazing too Adrian"

"Ready to go?" He grinned and I smirked back following him to the car. Where I found Ellena siting comfortably eating a snack. She's always eating, I wondered how she expected the gym to work.

"Are we still picking up your other friend?" Adrian questions exchanging glances with me on the front seat.

"Ow Ashanty? No, We'll find her there"

"Very well then"

All ride long I exchanged gazes with Adrian and Ellena Sighed "You guys are so annoying" all the way.

Arriving at the Club, Adrian ordered our drinks as we sat uncomfortably waiting for Ashanty. "OMG-OMG" I heard Ashanty yell.

"I can't believe I'm chilling with Adrian tonight." She claims.

Ella shot me an eye and so did I. Holding in our laughs.

"Nice to finally meet you Ashanty" Adrian flirts.

"Are you kidding? It's a pleasure!"

All evening long Ashanty flirted with Adrian although he seemed uninterested at first. As the alcohol kicked in, he started cracking to her jokes and probably falling for her trap.

I excused myself to the bar tender and ordered a couple of shots. I took in one after the other and eventually I started seeing ghosts. Blur images of everyone and everything in my sight. I felt my toes step on something and my body collided all the way to the foor, lending on strong masculine arms slowly.

"OMG, Amber are you okay?" Ellena whispers but I could hear nothing nor see anything apart from Blur images in my head.

"Amber" A sweet voice called out to me. Adrian. I heard his voice call out to me several times but I was paralyzed by the alcohol in my head. It was my first day of freedom and I had already humiliated myself.

After an hour of complete shutdown. I woke in my bed, surrounded by five, maybe ten eyes on me.

"She's awake" Ellena mumbles.

"Amber are you okay?" Adrian questions moving closer to hug me.

"I think so. What happened?" I mumbled in confusion, hissing at the pain in my head.

"You passed out" Ashanty replied sarcastically.

"OMG" I placed my face in my palms, hiding away from the shame that I had just brought upon myself.

"Hey why did you take all those shots?" Adrian questions delightedly.

"I don't know what came over me. I guess I just felt free in the moment. From all the school work and all the responsibilities. I'm really sorry if I caused a scene."

"We're your friends. We can't judge you. We all know that's not who you really are. You just had a moment. That's all." Ashanty softens.

"Come on it happens"

"You guys are the best"

Finally mom opened the door with a hot cup of coffee in her hands. "How are you feeling baby" She showed concern, lifting her hand up to my forehead to feel my temperature.

"Better"

"Honey you know we need to talk"

"Tomorrow Mom" I placed my palm on my forehead and hissed at the pain. As I took in sips of strong dark coffee, both my friends hugged me goodbye and left.

I knew I was about to get it for going out to clubs and getting drunk in public. I guess I would have to act like I'm sick for a couple more days until Mom forgets of which she would hardly forget.

"What would people say about me? That I raised a disobedient drunkard?" She lectured.

I mimicked her as I faced the other direction in embarrassment.

"I promise it won't happen again Mom"

"Now I'm starting to have doubts about you going to live alone at University"

"Mom, don't be so dramatic. Are you really gonna judge me for a simple mistake?"

"You disobeyed my rules young lady"

"Mom, I'm not a child anymore okay? All you gotta do is trust me. You need to believe in me"

She shot me a killer look but eventually she showed off her perfect white teeth. "Well I'm convinced honey. I trust you. It's just that there's so much influence at university"

"I've heard Mom. I won't let you down. I promise"
I hugged her tightly and continued with my breakfast silently with the hangover of course.
