Chapter 13: Water Parks And Separation

That night, after we had dinner with everyone including Stark and Fany, I went to bed, exhausted. It had been a long day and I was ready to get some sleep. I closed my eyes and I was on the verge of sleep when I heard a knock on the door.

At first I ignored it but then the person started knocking again so I got up and opened it.

Robby was standing there with a bright smile and two cups of hot chocolate.

"Robby, what are you doing here?" I asked. "Shouldn't you be asleep?"

"I couldn't sleep. And I wanted to hang out with you, I hope I didn't wake you up though."

"Nah. But you should sleep. You have school tomorrow." I tried to reason.

"Just have this cup of hot chocolate and then I'll go. I don't want to drink alone." he said.

"Fine." I let him in and we both sat crossed leg on my bed.

"So, how do you like it here so far?" he asked.

"Of course I love it! You guys are all here." I said.

"Well, Fany and Stark promised to take you on a tour around the kingdom."

"Oh really! Yes!" I said, very excited.

Robby chuckled. "Ya. So.....tell me, whose your favorite sibling." Robby said, wiggling his eye brows and pointing at himself.

I laughed. I put my hands on my chins as if I was really thinking about it.

"Definitely Kameron." I said.

"No fair." Robby pouted.

We talked for a few more minutes and then he left, wishing me a good night.

I woke up early in the morning and went to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and washed my face. Usually, if I didn't have school, I would stay in my PJs but they probably don't do that here so I decided to change into jeans and a shirt.

I walked downstairs to the living room.

"Good morning guys." I said, walking in. Kate, Robby, Gomin, Sorak and Tara were there. No sign of Kameron.

And they were all in their PJs.

They looked at me.

"It's so early, why did you change from your PJs?" Gomin asked.

"I-I thought-well since I'm in a palace and..." I didn't know what to say. They laughed at me.

"Hon, just because we live in a palace and we are royalty, it doesn't mean we can't stay in our PJs or do other things normal people do." said Tara.

I nodded my head and sat next to Gomin.

"Where is Kameron?" I asked.

Everyone laughed.

"Of course, asleep. He is a heavy sleeper." said Kate. "That's how I did his makeup without any trouble."

"But doesn't he have school?" I asked.

"Simple things like school is not an excuse to deprive people from their sleep" said Kate. "His words."

I laughed. Robby looked at the time.

"Oh, school starts in a few minutes. We better go get changed and someone wake Kameron up."

"Not me." everyone said at the same time, including Tara and Sorak.
