It's been a few days since I saw Stark with Cole. I still haven't told anyone about it but I've been careful around him.

I didn't want to believe that Stark might be betraying us but I also can't be careless. Everyone has already started school and so have Danny and Hilary. Danny called a few times to check when I'm coming but I never give him an answer.

I think he is starting to just give up. Jace and Janet still won't talk to me and it's been worse ever since they realized I would be missing the first few days of school. And I'm still not close to breaking the curse.

I've been in a horrible mood this past few days and Gomin is also starting to keep his distance.

Suddenly my phone started ringing.
Danny.

"Hi Danny boy."

"Hi Mickey! I miss you so much. Please tell me when your coming!"

"Really. That's how you start a conversation." I said feeling irritated.

"What? I'm just asking when your coming because I miss you!"

"Well I don't know. How many times do I have to tell you for you to understand! Gosh, it's like your brain doesn't even function."

"What the......Mickey, what's going on with you!!"

"Nothing."

"Well your being rude and mean."

"Your being a jerk. You call yourself a friend." I knew I was being completely unreasonable. I wasn't mad at Danny but at myself. But I took my anger out on him and I knew it wasn't fair but I couldn't help myself.

There was silence for a full 2 minutes. And then Danny spoke. "Wow. I don't know what changed between us, Mickey, but I know that your not the person I cared about." And with that he hanged up.

I screamed in frustration and threw my phone. This is obviously not my day.

I don't know what is wrong with me. I can't believe I said that to Danny. I sighed and got up. It was 12:24pm which means that Gomin would be out for lunch. I decided to text him.

~Gomin? Need to talk. U out?~ Mickey

A couple of seconds later, he replied.

~At school. U can come now, if u want~ Gomin

I smiled. I went downstairs and left. It was a 10 minute walk from here but I decided to call a cab. Once I reached the school, I quickly walked over to the place I knew he usually hangs out during his breaks.

It was at the back of the school. There is a garden so people can sit on the clean green grass and there are also a few benches. A lot of students were there so it was difficult to see where Gomin was. But then I heard him call out my name and I walked over.

"Hey. Everything ok?" he asked, giving me a hug.

I sighed. "Ya."

"Obviously it's not. Come tell little ole me all about your little problems."

I chuckled. "Aren't you sweet."

"You didn't let me finish. Come tell little ole me all about your little problems so that I can laugh."

"Uh. Jerk."

"Thanks." We walked a little away from the crowd and sat under a tree. Gomin put down his school bag next to him and took out two granola bars and offered me one.
