----Alex's P.O.V----

"We have to go hurry up!" Luna hops into the car followed by Lucifer and Wyatt.

"I'm going to help others you guys get out of here" I turn around but before I could leave a hand is placed on my shoulder and One is behind me tearing up.

"Don't die..." I nod and hug him close before watching him climb into the car which takes off through the back gate which closes after they leave.

"Does anyone need help?" I call through the radio and multiple voices respond all from different areas, I notice one however sounds really distressed and I figure out who it is.

"Sabrina what is it?" I wait for a response but all I hear is a scream of pure terror.

"The wall!" I become confused before I see the distant metal wall bending under the weight of the infected who must have finally reached us.

"Shit....Sabrina get the hell out of there!, All personal be advised the far west wall nearest to the sick bay is collapsing, I repeat it is collapsing!" I start sprinting towards the wall hoping to help anyone near there and as I do I see guards and some civilians joining me.

Just as I reach the sick bay the wall caves in and for a second it feels as time slows and then I realize the sound of the wall coming down wasn't the humming I heard because as I looked over tons of hungry looking infected stumbled over the collapsed wall heading towards us with out stretched hands and gnashing teeth.

"Back to the cars!" I start sprinting towards were the cars are currently parked

The growling horde sprints from behind us picking off the slower people who had just left the sick bay catching them off guard. As I sprint I hear the cries behind me as people become food for the infected. I stop at the place where all the cars are, I saw one last car, but it was pulling away and I called out but they didn't hear me.

"What now?" Sabrina looks at me and before I could think one of the men behind me replies.

"What about the safehouse?...the top floor has a ladder to the roof" He points to the giant building near us and I nod motioning for everyone to follow.

As we near the safehouse I notice the many infected following us and before long they start to grab the people behind me. I turn around shooting blindly and before we reach the building I stop to cover everyone else while they make it inside. Once I notice that everyone has made it I run, diving inside and watching as Sabrina latches the door which soon starts banging as the infected pile up, trying to break in.

"What now?" Sabrina looks at me obviously a little shaken from the fact that we had just lost everyone except for two other men who were on the ground breathing heavily from exhaustion.

"We Survive...like we always have" I look at the ground sadly knowing that statement alone sounded weak and pathetic, we were doomed...there was only one way out and the infected had blocked it.

----Jax's P.O.V----

The sun was setting as I took a long sip from a bottle of beer I had found in the fridge downstairs, I sat on the roof watching the distant horizon and all I was thinking of is how things had changed including the faces of the people who were close to me. I missed so many people who had turned infront of me...the scars of the past were greater than the present ones.

"Damn...it's beautiful" Beta approached from behind kind of scarring me by her sudden appearence.

She sat down and I glanced at her with a small smile and some tears in my eyes.

"Remember that time on the roof...Grace?" I look at her and she seems surprised because she hadn't heard her name in such a long time.

"Yeah...things were decent back then, that seems so long ago" Beta nods grabbing the beer from me and taking a sip before returning it.

"Because it was long ago...now shit is screwed up and we have lost basically everything, if this city is what Alex says it is what are we going to do there?" I glance at her knowing our lives would be much different if this city truly was a restart.

"Well, life would be semi-" I stop her with a shake of my head.

"No, I'm talking about our relationship...would we move on?" I glance at her after I take a drink noticing that I had finished the beer.

"No...I know its a new city and all, but I only trust you with the shit we went through and experienced together...I hate trusting others" She stood up and looked at me.

"Look...I just hope whatever happens it's good for once and doesn't end up with one of us in a body bag" Beta laughed a little before climbing down the ladder into the house.

I sigh turning back to the sunset and then I reach into my pocket grabbing a really old picture of Rainy standing next to me, I grab my lighter and let it engulf the picture into a flame. I lay it next to me on the roof and watch the smoke fade into the darkening sky, things were changing and I would never look at Rainy the same.

----Adonikah's P.O.V----

I sit in a tree next to a snoring Rainy as I watch the night sky...what a world we lived in.

"Hey!" Ace pokes my side making me jump a little as I glance at the small child, his blue eyes filled with innocence in a place were there was little of it.

"Why are you still up?" I look at him with a small smile knowing his mom wouldn't approved but I could care less...there was no such thing as school anymore.

"I couldn't sleep this tree sucks..." He looked down at the forest floor with a mischievous smile.

"You can't go down there, it isn't safe" I look at him with a stern look.

"But this tree is stupid and boring" He makes a pouty face.

"Look, I would let you but there are infected in the woods...and alot of them" I said the end part half to myself but I looked at his disappointed face as he swung his legs out and sat next to me in the same position as me.

"Why do they want to hurt us?" He points to a distant infected.

"Ace...there not people anymore there soul isn't there" I stare at the lumbering infected with half asleep eyes knowing that I may as well be one of them soon.

Ace yawns and I beckon him over, he lays his head on my lap and his eyes close making him look peaceful...his breaths slow down as he falls asleep and I just stare straight ahead hoping we find others soon because without more people we might as well be dead.
