The Void: Frozen Threat

----One's P.O.V----

"We have to do something now or he could strike us again!" Wolf looked around at everyone as we sat in the meeting room of one of the newer buildings that hadn't been touched in the fighting.

"Easy for you to say, you guys didn't help till after the fighting" Luna rolls her eyes at Wolf while Alex nodded slowly in agreement.

"We shouldn't be fighting while both our groups need each others help in this desperate time" Beta looks at all of us speaking for the first time since the meeting started.

"Look I can't stay here all day and listen to this getting no where...I'm going out for a break" I stand up and push through the doors feeling as if all eyes were on me as it closed behind me.

"Wow you guys are really running out of options" Adonikah looks at me as I run out and I jump half spooked by her sudden appearence.

"I thought you were told this was a private meeting!" I look at her with a frustrated expression.

"Everything else here is boring" She looks away and sighs

"You know instead of being dramatic why don't you help someone or you might like preparing food in the kitchen with the town cooks, I'm sure they wouldn't mind a helping hand" I start towards the door and I almost get out before she says something again.

"Why can't I hang out with you or something, I mean you and Beta are the only ones who have even accepted me being here" She looks upset and I sigh knowing if I said no she would bug me more.

"Fine you can come with me...I'm going to get my stitches out" I walk towards the med bay followed by Adonikah.

"Why do you keep going here everyday exactly?" She looks at me.

"Because every time I go they don't have time for me because off the injured from the battle...but today I heard they have room to help me" I keep walking in silence after saying that until we reach the med bay and walk inside.

----Rainy's P.O.V----

I watch the water below as it swirls intensely around the rocks in the stream. I grab a rock and toss it in and watch as it disappears. I look around feeling like I am being watched before I grab a the apple from my bag that I had packed and start eating it feeling better as I hadn't ate much since the battle happened because I was still recovering from the fall off the tower. I still think about how Finn's body hadn't been found all that had been left was bloody hand prints on some of the logs and a few pieces of ripped shirt on one of the fences behind the tower, meaning we knew Finn had escaped either to die later in the forest or he was with Jax planning another attack that would for sure have a horrible outcome. We had went from a strong town with many defenses and people who would fight to defend that to a damaged town both mentally and physically, almost half our fighters had been killed and another quarter injured. We had lost two watch towers because both had collapsed while there was another hole that is being repaired in the fence. Not to mention Mark had been stabbed in battle and we later found him wondering in the forest as an infected. Needless to say we were a broken group and we had few things to fight for, all I wanted to do was kill Jax so that more didn't have to die in the terrible battles that would keep happening.

I stand up and start walking back towards the camp feeling better after the long period of time I had spent alone watching the water knowing that I had set my mind on something.

----Luna's P.O.V----

"Keep up!" Lucifer, one of the well known fighters for only being a teenager from Wolf's town, runs ahead of me jumping logs and running through thorn bushes dodging there prickly limbs.
