Twilight
Twilight
A time of delight
The time after sunset
And a couple performing a duet
A scene of happiness and joy
Where beautiful colours
Light up the sky
As I feast away and blink
I see shades of pink
Orange
And yellow
With the sound of a cello.
Twilight
A time of fear to benight
The time between light and dark
Where everyone is a lone shark
Where so much is hidden
And blood be forbidden
Light is uncertain
So pull up the curtain
Things that don't belong
And their shadows are long
Be careful at Twilight
You can only see them under the moon light
Who knows whats going on?
We will only know after dawn.
