Malkin of Tabbyland
Magnificently captured in a world so spattered,
All he did was follow the ball animated,
Lest it was a prey in the tunnel so absurd,
Keenly would he devour with his body oddly angled,
Into the depths of the alley so perceptibly patterned,
Nestled in the the center was the malkin of tabbyland,
Of a gleam so devilishly mischievous,
For an animal equally unpretentious,
Tim was all she ever had,
An antidote for her disillusioned mind,
Being created by the divine for her sane head,
Brought to her by some miracle unrivaled,
Yesterday it felt as she solemnly reminisced ,
Landed in her abode on some day of Spring newfangled,
And she took the little fur ball for blessed,
Nutty and curious did he look at her bewildered,
Diana never knew of her dreaming so lucid.
