Changing Perspective -Chapter 5

Chapter 5

Bridget and I run as fast as we can to get to the park.

When we get there Zoey, Kikki, and Renee are getting ready to fight a big ... blob predasite?

"What IS that, Dren!? What could that blob do?" I ask in disbelief.

"Its no ordinary predasite, Foxy, it can't do anything. You're right." Dren says in a tone that tells me he's lying

"Stop calling me Foxy!! And you know that's not true!" I say walking straight up to him. For once he's hovering close to the ground.

"Oh, you've figured it out!" Dren laughs "Predasite, ATTACK!" 

The predasite then splits into 6 different little blobs and one hits my arm and when I touch it, it just gets on to my hands! I can't get it off!

I look behind me and both Renee and Corina have a part of the blob on one of their legs.

Beside me Bridget has some of the blob on her hand.

Kikki and Zoey have some on their arms too.

"Guys!! Are you okay?!" Zoey yells.

"Yeah!" Kikki says.

"I can't get it off!!" I say to Bridget.

Bridget looks at me and says "What should we do!!?"

"DREN!! Get your predasites off of us!!" Zoey yells!

Dren flies over to Zoey and says "Now, why would I do that Kitty Cat?" He laughs.

I get really mad there and I summon my weapon.

"Ember yo-yo!!" I call.

"NO! The fire and electricity combination of your weapon will ruin the predasite!" Dren yells.

"Flare Blitz Attack!!" the predasites jump off of me and the other Mews.

"Do it Zoey!" I yell with a smile.

"Alright!" Zoey says.

"Strawberry bell, full power!!" Zoey calls

The strawberry bell did the trick! The predasite exites the object and Mini Mew collects it.

The object was ... jello.

"Jello? Really? Better luck next time guys!!" I laugh as Dren and Tarb teleport back to where ever they go when they lose.

"Good job Zoey!" I say with a smile

"Thanks for getting us out of the jello, Vanessa!" Zoey smiles back. We all head back to the cafe.
