Seasons

Yawning, stretching, awake

Spring brings life renewed, reborn

From Winter's remains

Taking the baton

Summer promises sunshine

But gives only rain

Fallen leaves crunch as

The ageing sign of time passed

Is walked on unseen

Nature's grip loosens

As Time casts frozen shadows

And the year's end comes
