Human Race
They say we've lost,
This human race;
He screams at her,
She slaps his face.
You take the blue pill,
I take the red.
Some are starving,
Others won't share bread.
Everyone is yelling;
No one wants to hear!
Our minds are clouded,
Our sight unclear.
Fear floods our streets,
While anger licks its lips.
Sympathy is dying,
And hatred strips.
Yet, there's been no checkered flag,
The race is not done!
Humans still have a chance,
The race CAN STILL BE WON!
Love is eternal, unending,
And it never comes back void.
If we all choose love,
Unrest will be destroyed!
