Hayden's POV:

It was now Friday and I sat in front of my vanity getting ready for tonight's date. Brayden had refused to give me any details as to what was on the agenda, all he had mentioned was to dress comfortable and warm. I stared at my reflection allowing myself to get consumed in the haze once more.

I imagined his fingers laced through my hair, and his lips grazing my own. I imagined not only the action but the feeling. The sudden tingle through my veins and the hammering rhythm of my heart as our proximity closed.

Looking up once more I couldn't help but notice a bright rosy blush spread from my cheekbones across my nose.

Brayden Haze what are you doing to me.

I had decided to keep the makeup very natural and minimal. That was one thing about me, I never liked to really dress up all fancy for dates and outings. The thought had always made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was hiding behind a mask. If they're going to date me they're going to date me for me, not the made up version of me.

For hair I kept my natural wave only curing a few pieces here and there. It wasn't until now that I had realized how long my hair had gotten, it now cascaded down to my belly button.

For the outfit I had decided on my high waisted black leggings paired with a cropped white sweater with an oversized jean jacket. For shoes I paired the simple look with a worn pair of white high-top converse.

Staring at my reflection in the mirror I was satisfied, I had restrained myself from reaching out to Chloe and Avery, or anyone for that matter. I wish they were here with me, but I also know that what Brayden and I are doing is risky, and will only result in people getting hurt. For now it remained a secret.

Brayden: I'm outside beautiful.

"Are you really not going to tell me where we're going?"

"Nope, it's a surprise," he said flickering his eyes from the road to me.

I watched him, memorizing his stature as it was something I knew I would never want to forget.

He sat his left hand on the steering wheel, and his right arm resting on the center consul. He wore a black dry-fit quarter zip  that had fit him to a T. The sleeves were tight exposing his broad shoulders, and defined traps/deltoids. His biceps looked as if they had doubled in size since the last time I had saw him, and his chest stood prominent, but then the shirt flowed from there on out; he had looked good, almost too good.

He's stature was rather calm but his eyes seemed very energetic and hopeful. His lips played into a big grin, the kind a four year old has once given a shiny new toy. Overall there was a light an airy vibe throughout the ride that I had thoroughly enjoyed.

As we continued to drive the busy lights and building had seemed to vanish, replaced with tall trees and an open road.

"Hmm, are you sure you're not planning to kill me? I mean is there even cell reception out here?" I joke beginning to get impatient.

"Patience is a virtue, don't worry we are almost there."

I reply by smirking before turning my gaze out of the window, looking at the sky. It had just set, with only the depth illuminated in a soft coral color, but rather everywhere else was surrounded by heather gray. Already you could see the stars peaking through thick clouds and bulky trees.

"We're here," Brayden said softly brushing my arm. I was too consumed by the sky to realize that the car had stopped. Getting out I take in my surroundings gawking. Rows of cars were neatly parked facing a giant screen stretching the length of a building.
