I sat on my bed in my pjs, taking on the phone with Travis after the dance. "Tonight was fun,"I said with a happy sigh. "Yeah, it really was," I could hear Travis' smile through the phone. "I wouldn't mind doing it again," I admitted.

"W-Wha-Wait. Like as an actual date?" Travis asked and I laughed. "Maybe...Maybe not as a date but like...a hangout like we usually do. Y'know?" I explained. "Yeah...That-Thats cool," Travis said and I smiled, knowing he was probably as red as a tomato.

He always would get flustered around me or when we talk because I tend to embarrass him. "Why so quiet, Travis?" I asked. "I-You-None of you business, Fisher." He responded and I rolled my eyes. "You know, you don't have to act tough around me," I said.

Travis sighed,"I just...I feel like I should...or I have to act tough around me because I guess-I guess I haven't been able to stand up to and protect myself from my dad. So, if I act tough and am tough around you then I'll be able to protect you if it ever comes to that."

I smiled,"Oh ok...I won't ask anymore. That's a valid reason, I guess." "Thanks...I just-I didn't-Does it bother you?" Travis asked. "No...It doesn't bother me. Just remember that you can be shy around me too," I explained and Travis hummed his response.

"Hey, can I ask you a question?" Travis asked and I nodded,"Shoot." Travis took a deep breath,"Why don't week call our 'hangouts' dates?" I sucked in a sharp breath. "Is there...is there someone else?" Travis asked. "Maybe...I don't know yet. I still have to figure out my feelings," I explained.

Travis sighed. "Travis," I said. "Nevermind. Forget I asked," Travis said. "No," I said firmly,"if it's bothering you then we should talk about it." "Who is it?" Travis asked. "Wha-What?" I said confused. "Who's the other guy? Or girl? Or...whoever,"Travis asked. "It's," I sighed,"It's Larry."

"Oh my fucking God. I knew it,"Travis cursed and I started to feel some type of way because of his tone. "Do you have a problem with that?" I asked. "Yeah...I do,"Travis began,"Larry isn't good enough for you Scar. He drinks and smokes. He's underage and shouldn't be doing these types of things."

"So what?" I asked. "So, you shouldn't be with someone like that. He doesn't deserve you,"Travis explained. "And you do?" I snapped,"The guy the bullies people and makes them feel bad about themselves deserves me?" "Scar, I-" I cut him off,"No. Shut up, Phelps. You can't just talk shit about my best friend and expect to get away with it. I don't know why you talking shit about Larry to me even crossed your mind. You know what? Whatever. Bye Travis." I hung up the phone and threw it across the room with a scream. " I sighed and laid down.

Did I make the right decision?

Yelling and attacking Travis personally like that?

Oh God...what is happening?

What is happening to me?
