The second I woke up I realized what day it was.
It's fucking Monday.
Time to go to hell.
I sighed and sat up, looking around my room. "What am I even supposed to wear?" I asked myself as I looked into my open closet. I groaned and slid off the bed, I got out my room and tried to open the bathroom door. Locked. I banged on the door with my fists multiple times,"HURRY THE HELL UP SALLY FACE! SOME PEOPLE NEED TO SHOWER!" "Don't rush me, Scar-Face!" Sal yelled back and I rolled my eyes.
Sal opened the door and I immediately pushed him out the bathroom, walked into it and shut the door. I took a quick shower the wrapped a towel around myself. I groaned and cracked open the bathroom door,"Yo. Sally Face?" "Yo. Scar-Face," Sal said in response. "Go in my room and pick an outfit for me today. Please," I said. Sal sighed,"Fine." He walked away, mumbling and complaining about having to do this "all the time."
I waited patiently until Sal stuck his hand through the cracked bathroom door to give me my clothes. "Thank you! Best big brother ever!" I yelled as I shut the door and began to get dressed. When I finished dressing, I stared at myself in the mirror. Sal actually did a good job. A maroon shirt with white stripes going vertically along the shirt sleeves and a with stripe along the collar paired with blue ripped jeans and white sneakers. I combed through my short hair with my fingers and left the bathroom.
I ran into my room and put on my prosthetic, then I grabbed my phone and my bag and strolled out my room. "Ready Scar?" Sal asked me. "Ready? Not even close." I replied. Sal shook his head and we both headed to school.

After classes were over, I walked up to Sal, who seemed busy at the moment. He was talking to a girl with long brown hair and bright green eyes. I cleared my throat,"You're in the way of my locker, Sally Face." Sal turned around and looked at me, then he moved out the way,"Sorry Scar-Face. Hey, I want you to meet someone!" I opened my locker, then I turned to Sal and the girl. Sal pointed to the girl,"Scar, this is Ash," then he pointed to me,"Ash, this is my sister Scarlett."
"Hi! Sal has told me a lot about you! It's nice to finally meet you!" Ash smiled and that's when it all clicked. Ash. Ashley. The girl talks about ALL the time and literally will NOT shut up about. I looked her up and down...then I just nodded and proceeded to put my stuff in my locker.
"Sally Face!"
I recognize that voice...
But who is it?
Sal, Ash and I turned to see HIM. I groaned and shut my locker. "Travis," Sal greeted. Travis Phelps. Tan skin(Kinda like an olive shade I guess), blonde hair and dark eyes. Nockfell High School's Bully. Travis slapped Sal's book out of his hands,"You shouldn't be reading, you should be doing my homework." "Travis, leave Sal alone," Ash urged. "Yeah. You should leave my brother alone before your face gets more messed up then it already is," I added which made Travis whirl on me.
"Look at Little Miss Scar-Face being all protective. Where's the shy girl you usually are, huh? Did she get too scared of me so she ran off?" Travis asked before he pushed my brother to the ground and kicked him. "Sal," Ash went to go help Sal up as I went to do the same. I looked at Ash and backed off just as I watched Travis run off.
"Sal, you're bleeding," Ash said. "I'll be fine," Sal said. I looked at the two of them before running off in the direction that Travis went in.
You're not getting away with it this time...
