(Dominic pov)
I am running in the woods. But from what? I ran faster and came up on a garden. What ever was chasing me seems to be far away. I stop and catch my breath. Then I hear crying and I walk towards it. I look around the corner of the bush and see Dawn on her knees crying. My father and mother trying to comfort her. Why is she crying? "Hey it's ok." My mother said. "Who cares about that jerk?" My father added softly. "But how could he reject me?" Dawn sobbed. They must be talking about me. Then my father spots me and glares. I step back. "I'll be right back. Ok?" He asked Dawn softly. Dawn calms her self and nods with a sniffle. My father stands and walks to me with a death glare. I back up until I hit a tree and he pins me there with a knife to my neck. "What are you doing here?" My father growls. "I'm sorry." I said. "I thought I told the guards to kill you." He growls. "Why?" I ask. He cuts my arm. "Because you rejected Dawn and broke her. She's devastated." He growls. "Mason." We hear and look back. To see Dawn and my mother. I lock gazes with Dawn and she looks down. "I told you to give mate a chance." My wolf screams at me. "We're ready to do the spell." My mother said. "What spell?" I ask. "Oh you didn't hear?" My father asked with an evil smirk. "We're sperating you from your wolf so he can be with Dawn. Because we all know your wolf was the one that loved her and not you." My father said. "Actually there was a change in plans." Dawn said looking at my father. "What was the change?" Mason asked softly smiling at her. His eyes filled with love. "We couldn't find a spell to separate. But we did find a spell that makes it so the wolf is dominant in the mind and the human just sees through the wolf's eyes." Dawn said. "Good idea. Let him see what he's missing." My father said. "What?! No! You can't do this!" I yell. "Here give me the spell and take her in side." My father said. Dawn hands my father the spell and left after kissing his cheek. They went inside. "No! Wait! Dawn! Please wait!" I yell. "Please no!" I scream. "DAWN PLEASE!" I kept screaming as my father said the spell and snapped. Every thing went black. When I woke up, I'm not in control. My wolf is. I see his eyes are still closed. Then his eyes flutter open and we see Dawn sitting there. "Hey you ok?" Dawn asked as my wolf sits up. "I'm fine." He said pulling her into his lap. "LET ME OUT!" I scream at him causing him to wince. "What's wrong?" Dawn asked sliding her hand on his cheek. "Human is getting annoying." My wolf told her and he buried his face in her neck. "Tell him he can't come out now. Unless you let him." Dawn said. "That won't happen." My wolf said. Dawn chuckles and strokes his hair. He purrs. "So what do I call you? Dominic never told me your name." Same said. "I don't have a name. Human parents never gave me one." My wolf said. "How about Dixon?" Dawn asked. "Purrfect." My wolf purred. He holds her to his chest and she closed her eyes. "Dixon let me out. I have to talk to her!" I order. "No I am in control now. Every one hates you any ways." He told me. "Not the pack." I growl. "Yes even the pack hates you."
I woke with a start and sat up lighting quick. I start breathing like I ran a marathon. It's the middle of the night and every one is a sleep. Except me. "I like the name Dixon." My wolf told me. "Shut up. That will never happen." I told him. I look at Dawn peacefully sleeping on my father. My parents are a sleep now. I lay down and close my eyes. I went back to sleep beside my father.
