I get out of bed and walk to the kitchen coz it's my turn to make breakfast. Let's see, what should I make? Omlettes? Nahh. Pancakes? Nahh. OMLETTE PANCAKES! Genius. Hehe.

I plug my earphones in and start listening to Outro: Ego by BTS as I prepare to make breakfast. This song's such a bop!

I go to the fridge and take out the ingredients when my tummy starts rumbling. Better make this quickly.

After a while I finished making my omlette-pancakes and put them on plates for my parents and I. I clean up after myself and fetch some apple juice from the fridge for myself. My parents will probably want coffee so I sit the kettle on.

As soon as the kettle starts boiling my mom walks into the kitchen, still looking half asleep.

"Morning son." she greets with a yawn.

"Morning mom, breakfast is ready." I respond as I take my earphones out.

"Is this an omelette or a pancake?" asks my mom in confusion as she looks at her plate.

"It's both." I say with a laugh. "I couldn't decide what to make so I made omlette-pancakes."

"Oh okay." says my mom as she takes a bite.
"Mmm delicious."

"Your coffee is almost done." I say.

"Did I hear coffee?" asks my dad as he walks in.

"Morning dad." I greet as the kettle stops boiling.

"Morning family." he greets as he sits next to my mom.

I make them coffee and sit it down on the table before joining them for breakfast.

"So, what do you think of the omlette-pancakes?" I ask.

"It's not burnt like the last time you made breakfast so it's good." says my dad.

"Seriously?!"

"I'm kidding, it's great." says my dad as he continues eating.

"It's great Gray." says my mom.

"That's great." I say and take a sip of apple juice.

We finish our breakfast and I wash the dishes.

When I finish I got to my room and hear my phone ringing.

A smile graces my face as I see who it's from. Jesse.

"Hey." I greet.

"Hi boyfriend" he says back. I just know there's an equally as big smile on his face as on mine.

"How are you?" I ask.

"I'm good. And you?"

"I'm alright."

"Hey you wanna come over again today? To study." he asks.

"I wanna but I'll have to ask my parents first."

"Okay, ask them and let me know later." he says.

"Sure thing." I respond.

We continue talking for about an hour about random things from who invented kissing to omlette-pancakes. Weird yes I know.

We eventually hung up and i went to my parents room to ask them.

"Parentals, I have a request." I say.

"No we're not buying you a plane ticket to Korea." says my dad.

"Dang it. But that's not what I was gonna ask."
