Two Lovers

So much that Simon Lewis and Jace Lightwood, Herondale or even Wayland spent together, from missions to walks through the parks to enjoying the mundane life that Simon missed so much. After Clary's sudden "death", as they struggled to free Lillith's world and Jonathan's rebirth, their lives changed radically.

The whole genre knew the taste in relationships that Jace had, it had never been defined that he would be just heterosexual, homosexual. Jace felt free to fall in love with anyone, if it had to be, it would be. I didn't want to know the gender of the person I fell in love with.

His brother / parabatai Alec, at the beginning, had difficulties in accepting his homosexuality, not for him, but for what his family, more precisely his mother, Maryse, would think of himself. But in the end, he couldn't hide his feelings for Magnus Bane.

Her sister Izzy, had her affairs, with seelies and even vampires. Nothing that was too serious. But Jace, he "fell in love" very quickly with a Shadowhunter named Clary Fray.

How did Clary's "death" happen? They ask well, well, I will explain.

Flashback:

After Heidi had Simon bite his sister's piece and he had to charm his mother to think that Simon had died in an accident. Izzy asked for his help and the help of the Cain brand that he had on his forehead to beat Lillith and not wake up Jonathan who could endanger everyone in the Shadow world. Of course, Simon accepted!

But when Lillith was hit with Cain's mark, something happened and with the explosion, both Simone Clary left the building where they were previously. Jace worried about the two friends, went up there but could only see the damage and none of them alive until a hand appeared and Simon managed to climb, escaping alive, but there was no sign of Clary.

- The explosion ... - said Simon still clueless, when Jace put his hands on his face stopping him in the same place.

- Simon, it's me! Jace! Where is she?

- I killed her .... Clary is dead.

Of course, at the time, Simon blamed himself for what had happened and the fact that his best friend was no longer among them, but in the months that followed, they both discovered that Clary was alive, but was with her brother Jonathan who despite his efforts, he would be alive again.

Obviously the priority was to save Clary and bring her to the institute again and only then deal with the fact that Jonathan was alive and on the loose, but along the way, Simon and Jace got closer, creating a strong and unique relationship. They both loved Clary and were devastated by her supposed death and that was the link that brought them together.

With some effort they managed to get Clary to come back to them and to the institute but nothing was the same, since both had changed. The feelings they had for each other were no longer simple friendships.

But would you be willing to reveal these new feelings? Or the fear of losing the friendship they have built all this time? Well, the answer to these questions is complex, as both wanted to express their feelings but also knew that if one of them did not feel the same, the friendship would go down the drain.

Simon couldn't take it any longer and decided to ask for help from one of the most important people in his life, his best friend since childhood, Clary.
