PART 13

EXT. AMPHITHEATER BUILDING SITE- DAY

The huge plot of land has plenty of grass ready to be built upon. It was to be built on a hillyarea to have the seats be able to slant down for better viewing. The group stands in thecenter. A small river runs down several parts of the hill in the shape of a trident.

ADONIS

Do you think he wants us to build on top of this trident? Wouldn't that be harmful to the environment?

The water begins to dry up leaving a slashed trident mark in the ground of dirt.

AGATHE

I think he heard you.

They both laugh. ADONIS looks around, searching.

OSWALD

Miss AGATHE, where would you like the bags?

AGATHE

You can put them over there.

OSWALD

Where over there?

AGATHE

Just anywhere, it really doesn't matter.

OSWALD frowns.

ADONIS

Be nice, AGATHE, he could kill us.

OSWALD

My work doesn't matter to you?

AGATHE is stunned.

AGATHE

Your work does matter, what are you saying OSWALD? What's wrong?

OSWALD

He told me not to say.

ADONIS

Who told you not to say?

OSWALD, realizing he said this pertinent information slams his hands over his mouth.

AGATHE

OSWALD! Who told you?

OSWALD slings the bag off his shoulder. His eyes get watery.

OSWALD

None of your business.

He begins to cry and runs away from the group he dives into the bushes. Oliver frowns atAGATHE, snorts, and runs over to where OSWALD is hiding. ADONIS turns and looks at AGATHE.

ADONIS

Look what you did to that poor guy.

AGATHE

ME! I didn't even do anything.

ADONIS

You weren't nice to him.

AGtahe

I don't think me saying it doesn't matter would cause such a reaction.

ADONIS

(WHISPERS)

Probably POSEIDON.

AGATHE
