EXT. BUILDING SITE - DAY
The hustle and bustle of the crowd along the street can be heard at the building site. It is on the outskirts of town but people still keep walking near them, and staring at them.
AGATHE
So, this is Athens. I've never actually been in it before. It always seemed out of reach.
ADONIS
It always seemed like Olympus to me.
AGATHE places a hand on his shoulder.
AGATHE
We are here, now.
ADONIS grins at AGATHE.
OSWALD and Oliver sling the two sacks down.
OSWALD
MR. POSEIDON wants it right here.
AGATHE
Really? Here?
AGATHE looks on the map.
ADONIS
Wouldn't you think he would want it in the direct center of the city.
AGATHE shrugs her shoulders, still scanning the map.
AGATHE
OSWALD is right, this is where he wants it.
She folds up the map. She turns to address the whole group.
AGATHE (cont'd)
Are you all ready?
The group nods.
AGATHE grins ear to ear holding the binder and getting the page.
AGATHE (cont'd)
Let's get to work.
The group begins rummaging through the supplies.
ADONIS is touching and knocking on the stone.
ADONIS
Hey, AGATHE, can you come here one second.
AGATHE turns away from Mila and Mako and hands them the binder. She walks over towhere ADONIS is holding his ear up to the stone.
AGATHE
What's up?
ADONIS
This stone. You can hear water rushing inside of it.
AGATHE
That's incredible! Let me try.
She leans down next to ADONIS and puts her ear against the stone. She hears the rushingwater.
AGATHE(CONT'D)
It's like a conch shell, that's so cool.
ADONIS stands up. AGATHE continues to have her face pressed up against the stone.
ADONIS
You realize we can't follow the exact measurements in your blueprint anymore.
AGATHE
What do you mean?
ADONIS
I mean that this is a speed bump that we must maneuver around. We thought we were just going to be using stone. This is not stone.
AGATHE
How is it not stone?
ADONIS
Stone does not have water inside of it. WHICH MEANS. We have to adjust some stuff, or the monuments won't be viable for presenting.
AGATHE stands up and stares at ADONIS.
AGATHE
Not viable?
ADONIS
It could be a safety concern. Just one slab of this stone could flood a pretty large area in comparison.
AGATHE
It's POSEIDON, genius, of course it has water in it.
ADONIS just puts up his hands.
ADONIS
Alright, alright. It shouldn't be too much of a problem. Just be careful with the way you want us to shape it.
AGATHE
I'm sure POSEIDON wouldn't give us stone that would put this city in danger.
ADONIS
How well do you know him?
AGATHE
How well do I know you? You trying to sabotage me?
ADONIS laughs.
ADONIS
You caught me.
INT. POSEIDON'S THRONE ROOM
POSEIDON is sitting on the throne with HARRY standing in front of POSEIDON.
POSEIDON
She called them people.
HARRY
Who?
POSEIDON
The goblins. I mean what is she thinking. People were made in the gods' image. Do I seriously look like one of those-- those creatures.
HARRY
She's a white knight.
POSEIDON
A knight?
HARRY
A good person
POSEIDON
This could be an issue.
HARRY
Why?
POSEIDON
Well normal goblins have really strong ears.
HARRY
What does that have to do with anything?
POSEIDON points his trident at HARRY. It glows blue.
POSEIDON
It could interfere.
