"Jess what's wrong? Why are you freaking out right now?" Ariel ran after Jess out of the restaurant in a panic, worried as to why Jess was acting all weirded out.
"It's time we should go Ariel. Let's get out of here." Jess pulled out her car keys and walked to the driver's side door.
"Jess stop!" Ariel walked in front of Jess, stopping her from getting in.
"Get out of my way Ariel." Jess ordered.
"No, you need to tell me what the hell is wrong with you." Ariel gave Jess a look that actually made Jess a bit uncomfortable.
"I saw someone that I want to avoid. Boom. There. Happy?" Jess pushed Ariel out of her way and unlocked the car.
"Get in." She stopped to look at her. Ariel just stood there.
"Now!" Ariel got startled and ran to the passenger side and the two made their way home.
The car ride was silent, but urgent. Jess sped her way through the woods to get home as soon as possible.
They arrived and parked in the yard. Jess got out first and walked over to Ariel's side and pulled her out.
"Hey how was your night?" Fiona greeted them at the front porch.
"I'm so not in the mood to talk right now, I am paranoid as fuck." Jess stormed inside with Ariel at her grip, leaving Fiona hanging outside.
"Ok you can let go now." Ariel said.
Jess let go and strolled into the kitchen to drink her anxiety away.
"What's up with her?" Stella asked, Ariel just shrugged her shoulders.
"She's always like this, get used to it." Timothy interfered while reading a book. Jess stormed out and threw a bottle of whiskey at his head.
"OW! WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" Tim grabbed his head, now bleeding, and grabbed a hatchet that was next to him.
"What are you gonna do huh?" She started to taunt him.
"Kill me? You can't do shit." She pulled out her pocket knife. This isn't going to look good...
Ariel thought."Guys stop!" Fiona walked into the house.
"Go ahead, wack me." Jess, with all her confidence, told Tim to make the first move.
Tim raised the hatchet in the air to hit her in the head, but Jess caught it and threw it across the room.
"You're weak, you can't do shit." She steps in closer towards Tim, who's backing up against the wall.
She got closer to his ear and whispered a few words,
"Insult me one more time, I'm killing you." Tim began to shake in fear."Guys ENOUGH!" A loud, manly voice interrupts the two fighting, it was Manuel.
He stormed in and pulled the two away from each other.
"What is going on here?! I was trying to sleep and all I heard was yelling from you two psychos. Timmy, you need to chill out at how you talk about people." Timothy just rolled his eyes, with his hands still on his head, trying to stop the bleeding.
"And Jess,"
He turned to Jess, who's looking down at her feet, feeling ashamed for what she done."Please control your anger." He said to her in a softer tone. Everyone then parted their ways.
"Well fuck this shit! I'm out!" Jess ran up to her room and slammed the door behind her. She pressed her back against the door and slid down slowly, exhausted.
She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
I need some anger management pills or something.
She thought to herself.
For a moment, she felt uncomfortable once again.
The same feeling she felt when she was at the restaurant. She slowly opened her eyes...
And saw her.
The same figure she saw under the street light the previous day.
The same figure that was outside her bedroom window that one night.
The same figure that was at the restaurant...
Jess began to panic, and rose to her feet quick.
But this being was faster than Jess,
and attacked.
