Love we have it or we wish we had it. Love comes easily to people who deserve it. But not so easy for people who don't or shouldn't have it. My love is by far one of the sweetest, kindest, purest souls you'll ever meet. Kang Minhee. But the problem is that he lives in South Korea while I'm in y/st/n.

I don't know how people do it. Not being to see, hug, kiss, and hold their loved one close. I mean we still face time as much as possible but it doesn't do much. I still feel empty when I know he's not around. But I'm happiest when I see his smiling adorable face pop up on my phone.

"So y/n how are you and your boyfriend."

"We're good."

"You don't sound so sure."

"Oh, I'm just tired. Me and him spent all night on the phone. I really missed talking to him on the phone."

"Aww, I wish I had love like that. Falling asleep on the phone together. Sending cute pictures, hugging, and kissing. It's so cute."

"Yeah but you know we haven't met yet."

"Oh, I'm so sorry."

"It's ok. You didn't mean any harm."

"Oh ok. So are you guys considering meeting soon."

"Yeah I mean but sometimes I get nervous and shy when I'm facing timing him."

"How long have you guys been going out?"

"11 months already."

"You're still shy around even when you gave been going out with him for 11 months."

"I don't know. It's just the way he makes me feel. His smile possibly the way he smiles is so cute. It's ridiculous how much I have fallen in love with him."

"My girl is in love. Will you invite me to the wedding."

"Whatever."

When I got home I finished my homework and took a nap. I was woken up from my nap by my phone ringing.

"H-hello."

"Y/N."

"Minnie?"

"Were you asleep because I can call back later?"

"I was but I'm up right now."

"Are you sure because you can go back to sleep baby if you're tired."

"Minnie, I'm sure."

"Ok. So how was school?"

"It was ok. My friend kept asking about you."

"Really what about."

"Oh, she wanted to know if we are good and if we are ever going to meet in person."

"Well, I was hoping that we could like soon."

"How soon?"

"Umm in like a week."

"Wait Really!"

"Of course. I'm not lying y/n. I really want to see and spend time with you."

"I can't wait!"

"Me too baby. Me too."

~ A week Later

Should I be nervous? Of course not right. But its kinda weird to finally see him in person after all this time we have been dating. I rub my sweaty hands down my pants legs. I take deep breaths trying to slow my heartbeat down. I sigh when his flight number is called.

I close my eyes and open them just to make sure it's not a dream. The second time I open my eyes I feel arms wrap around my waist. I turn around and there he is in all his adorableness. I jump into his arms wrapping my legs around his waist as he holds me by my waist.

I can't believe I'm in his arms. He smiles at me before placing me down on the ground.

"That's all I get? After all, this time of us dating and all I get is a hug."

"Minnie!"

"Come on just a kiss."

"No, wait until we're out the sight of people."

"Mmm."

He pecks my lips making me go lightheaded. He pulls away only for me to pull him back. He sighs before gripping my waist and pulling me into him. I peck his lips before pulling away and laying my head on my chest. He wipes away my tears.

"Why are you crying."

"I-i'm just so happy to have you here."

"Aww, baby."

That night me and Minhee snuggled up together on the couch. My head resting on his chest while his hands laying on my waist. I'm so happy that he's here even for a little while. Even if a little time is all we have it doesn't matter because I just need time to love him. My long distant love- Kang Minhee.
