Honeymaren's POV
I wonder what goes on inside of that pretty little head. I think while I look at Elsa staring off into space with a worried look on her face. She had asked me if I wanted to go to Arendelle with her. As much as I wanted to stay in my own comfort of my home I felt as if she was gonna need me. I know she's been under a lot of pressure lately and whatever Anna said really worried her. As I start walking up to her she looks up at me and smiles softly. I sit down beside her on the log next to the warm fire. I slowly lean my head on her shoulder and she leans hers in mine. Everyone had already gone to sleep and it was just us sitting there in silence. "You wanna go on a walk?" I hear Elsa say. "Sure, I know the perfect, place," I say and stand up with her. I start to lead her to a secret place of mine in silence.
"Where are we going."
"Somewhere secret don't worry your gonna love it," I say excitedly. I grab her hand and lead her towards a beautiful cave. "Wow, this is amazing." She says fascinated looking around the cave that sparkles with the shiny geodes all over the walls. "This is amazing. How did you find this place?" She says touching the walls and at the cave paintings that shower the walls along with the geodes. "After my parents died I ran away looking for a place to grief and I came across this place," I respond looking at her, while she looks around in a curious childlike manner at the beauty of the cave. "May I ask what happened?" She says softly, looking at me with concern. "They were killed by a man who went crazy because he couldn't handle the fact that we were trapped inside of here with the mist," I said looking at the ground. She slowly approached me and gave me a hug, which was surprisingly warm considering how cold she always is. She pulls away and looks at me smiling. "We should probably head back to the camp to get some rest." She says slowly. "Actually there was something I wanted to show you but we'll have to stay here for the night," I say hopefully. "I left some stuff here from the last time I stayed over," I say looking at her with puppy eyes. "Okay." She says smiling softly. "Okay I'll be right back," I say going deeper into the cave to retrieve the tent and blankets I had left here before.I hope she likes it, she could really use some time to relax. I grab the bag with the items and hurry back to see Elsa sitting down in the middle playing with some pieces of wood she found. She's just like a child. I think smiling to my self. She looks at me and smiles. "Okay let me just set this up really quick," I say and get to work on getting the tent up. "Okay all done," I say and stand up to see Elsa creating little figures out of ice. "What are you doing?" I say giggling. "I'm making toys for the kids back at camp." She says looking up at me with big innocent eyes. She's so sweet. "Come lay with me," I say patting the spot next to me. She lays down softly next to me. "Look up," I say looking up at the sparkling roof of the cave. The moonlight shines in through the little hole on the top of the cave making it light up, looking almost magical. "It's beautiful." She says in awe. "I'm glad you like it," I say chuckling. "Well, we should probably get some rest so that you can say goodbye to Anna in the morning."
"Yes of course." She says and we both crawl into the tent. As I lay down I shiver as the cold breeze blows through the cave entrance. Elsa looks at me then crawls out of the tent slowly. "What are you doing?" I say as I watch Elsa call out into the night. Suddenly, Bruni, the little fire spirit runs into the cave and lights the wood Elsa had been playing with on fire. He looks at me, licks his eyeball, and quickly runs out. Elsa giggles. "Thank you," I say as she crawls back into the tent. "You're welcome." She says and lays down. I can feel the warmth of the fire reaching me as we lay in silence. I turn around to face her and see that she's awake thinking. I gently get closer to her and hug her. She looks surprised but wraps her arms around me and starts to sing the lullaby that we sang together when we first met. She slowly starts to stroke the bridge of my nose. "What are you doing?" I ask sleepily. "When I was young my mother used to do to Anna and me to help us sleep." She says still stroking me. I look at her and smile. "How about I show you how my mother used to put us to sleep," I say. She looks at me and gives me a confused look. I slowly get closer to her and start stroking her hair softly while drawing little circles on the palm of her hand. She lets out a low breath and smiles softly as she closes her eyes going into a deep sleep. Aww, she's such a cute sleeper. While she sleeps I look at her soft-looking lips, her rosy cheeks, and her silky hair. I wonder what she needs moral support for. I think, thinking back at what she said when she asked me to go to Arendelle with her. I'll just ask her later. I think to my self as I slowly fall asleep looking at her beautiful face.
