It's Kinda Cold (Elsa X Honeymaren)

Chapter 11

Elsa's POV

Ughhh I'm so tired. I feel someone's arms around me that tighten as I move slightly. They're so warm, I think to myself as I snuggle deeper into the person's arms. WAIT WHAT!?! I quickly open my eyes and see....Honeymaren?? I let out a sigh and quickly relax into her arms. Just enjoying the warmth that I get from having her close. Hmm maybe just a little more sleep, I think to myself and start to drift off.

Suddenly I feel Maren start to stir. I feel her start stroking my hair as I'm half awake. "Snowflake it's time to wake up." I feel myself smile at the new pet name as she strokes my hair. "Hmm, just a little more sleep," I mumble. She lets out a small laugh. "Come on it's already noon and Anna is probably waiting for you." Right when I hear this I shoot up sleepily. "Its noon!?!" I say and look around to see her looking at me amused. "Oh my gosh," I say and dive under my covers. "Elsa, what are you doing?" She says laughing. "I just woke up, I probably look disgusting," I say she laughs and pulls the covers halfway down to see my face. She stares at me with a serious look on her face and I gulp before she smiles. "Nope still as beautiful as ever." She says grinning. I feel my face heat up as I slowly put the covers down and get off the bed. "Well, I'm gonna go get ready for breakfast. So I'll see you in a bit." She says walking out, but not before flashing me a gorgeous smile. Gosh, she's so cute. She closes the door and I let out a sigh and start to get ready for breakfast.

After I got ready I walked out into the corridor and see Maren leaning against the wall talking to her brother. She turns to look at me and asks, "Ready?" I nod and we walk downstairs.

Once we get to the dining room I see Anna talking to Kristoff and giggling. "You're so sweet." I hear her say and he responds, "Only for you baby."  I walk over to them with a disgusted look on my face. "Eww." Anna laughs and smirks at me. "You can't say much I went to go see if you were awake yet to see you with your cuddle bug." She says wiggling her eyebrows. Oh gosh, Anna. I groan and she laughs at me. Suddenly her face turns serious, "Elsa, Hans is going to be arriving in a couple of hours and I wanted to make sure you're okay." She says seriously. "I'm okay," I say reassuringly. She smiles. "Okay, then time for some food." She says goofily as the maids bring out the food. We all sit down and dig into the delicious food.

"Your majesty would you and your guest like some chocolate cake for dessert?" One of the maids asks Anna after we finish eating. "Yes please, thank you Greda," Anna says politely to her and Greda bows then walks away to get the dessert. She quickly returns with the tasty treat and places a slice in front of each one of us. "Yum," Anna exclaims and I laugh. We start eating the dessert and I look up to see that Maren is hesitant to eat it. I look over to Ryder to see if he's hesitant to but he's already on his second slice. Maren looks at me and I nod at her and she brings a piece to her mouth. She quickly makes a happy face and starts to dig in. I laugh at her gobbling it down. She looks up smiling and I can see chocolate and crumbs all around her mouth. She's adorable. I reach over the table and gently wipe her face with a napkin as she turns bright red. "This is very good. Do you think you can teach us how to make it?" Ryder says breaking the trance I was in while looking at Maren. "Sure, we have some time to kill before Hans gets here and the ball starts," Anna replies. "BALL!?!" The siblings say simultaneously. "Oops did I forget to tell you guys. Sorry?" Anna says nervously. "It's okay but we don't have anything that's fit for a ball," Maren says. "We've arranged for some clothes you don't have to worry about anything. You'll have fun I promise." Anna says to them. "Okay...." They say at the same time.

After we finished eating we all went to the kitchen where we started trying to teach the siblings how to make the tasty treat. "Okay now we add flour," Anna says and Ryder reaches for some flour, but before he can get it Kristoff blows some onto him. Ryder let's out a dramatic gasp. "How dare you." He says playfully and grabs some flour and throws it at him.

"Ummm your majesty Hans has arrived." I look up to see one of the butlers looking at us covered in flour. After Kristoff threw that flour at Ryder a food fight started and now the kitchen is a mess and so are we. I look over at Anna who is trying to get flour out of her ear. "Huh, oh right Hans we'll be there in a minute I need to go change really quick."
"Okay, I will let him know." He says bowing then walking away.

I let out a breath as I walk out into the corridor. Okay, it's game time. I can't let him get to me. "You ready?" Anna says beside me. The others were already there. We walk down the stairs together and into the conference room where I see Kristoff and Olaf looking hostile, Ryder sitting there awkwardly, and.....Maren talking to Hans? What? What has he said? Oh gosh. "He hasn't been bothering you right?" Anna says to Maren who looks surprised at her question. "No, we've just been making small talk." She says smiling. I feel a pang in my heart when she says this. Why was she talking to him? "So let's get down to business," Anna says as she sits down. "Lovely to see you too Anna," Hans responds sarcastically. "Here are the papers to start trade comment, just sign it so we can get this over with," Anna says ignoring his comment and pushing some papers and a pen towards him. He smirks. "What if I don't want to sign it." He says arrogantly. "Just sign the papers everyone already hates you don't give them another reason," Kristoff says harshly. Hans scoffs but signs the papers. "So where will I be staying tonight." He asks with a smirk still on his face. After he says this I feel my anger start to get the best of me as the table slowly starts frosting over. He looks over at me smirks, knowing that he's getting under my skin. "How about Honey here shows me to my room." He says and winks at her. Did he just say that?!? She let him call her Honey? I feel my heart break at this thought."I'll have one of the butlers escort you to your room," Anna says with a hint of anger in her tone. "Okay, but no need for the hostility." He says leaning back in his chair. Anna calls over a butler and asks him to take Hans away. As Hans stands up and starts walking he glances back at Honeymaren smirking. I'm going to freeze this guy if he keeps it up. Anna looks over at me knowingly as Hans is escorted out. "Okay, now that that's over I had the maids bring your clothes to your rooms so you can start getting ready for the ball," Anna says trying to relive some of the tension that was left. "Umm okay," Ryder says and stands up, Honeymaren stands up as well and starts to approach me. I quickly run over to Anna and start talking to her. I can see the hurt in her eyes but I just can't handle the fact that she was letting him flirt with her. After they had all left the room Anna turns to me and asks, "Are you okay?"
"Yes."
"Elsa you don't have to hide it I see the way you look at her."
"What do you mean?" I ask playing dumb. "Like she's your world. I know when somethings bothering you and I know for a fact that Hans flirting with her was bothering you." She says pointedly and I let out a sigh. "Yeah, you're right. I-I think I'm in l-love with her." I say looking down. "Aww Elsa that's great, Honeymaren's awesome. I'm really happy for you." She says hugging me. "Thanks, Anna," I say hugging her back. "Okay now go get ready so you can make her jaw  drop at the ball." She says mischievously. Oh no.
