It's Kinda Cold (Elsa X Honeymaren)

Chapter 17

Honeymaren's POV

I open my eyes to find myself snuggled into my girlfriend. Girlfriend. Wow, that sounds amazing. She's my girlfriend. The fifth spirt is my girlfriend. Gosh, I love saying that. "Honey?" I snap out of my dreamlike state and see Elsa smiling down at me. "Yes?"
"I'm hungry." She says and I laugh. "Come on then let's go get my queen some food," I say and get off the bed. I pick up Winter and Elsa gets out of bed. groaning. "What time is it?" She asks stretching. Damn, she's doing it again. I look over at the clock. "It's one," I say. "What?! Oh my goodness. Anna will be looking for me soon." She said rushed. Suddenly the door burst open. "Elsa!!" Anna comes rushing in and tackles her. "Anna get off, you little stinker." She says groaning under the tiny ginger. I giggle then Anna's eyes open wide. "Hi, Honeymaren." She says smugly and grins down at Elsa, who groans. "Come on Elsa your guys are leaving today and we're gonna have a picnic." She says getting off of Elsa. "Okay." She responds getting up and giving Anna a hug. Anna takes Winter out of my arms and then runs out of the room with him. "I'm going to change really quick," Elsa says and then with a wave of her hand her nightgown turns into a comfortable blue dress and blue high waisted leggings. "Well I'm going to go change too," I say and slip out the door. Gosh, that girl is killing me. I open the door to my room and walk in sighing. She's so amazing, I think to myself grinning. I quickly get out of my nightclothes and change.

I walk out of my room and see Elsa leaning up against the wall. Is she waiting for me? She smiles and nods. Did I say that out loud? "Yes. Now come on let's go before they leave us." She says and takes my hand, pulling me behind her.

Once we get downstairs we see Anna holding a picnic basket talking to Ryder. As we got closer I could see Anna looked as if she was begging for mercy. "Hey, Elsa Anna told you about the bet with Ryder right?"
"Yeah, why?"
"What exactly was the loser supposed to do?" I ask her and her eyes widen. "I don't know she never told me." She says and we quickly rush over to them. "Hey, guys."
"Hey," Anna replies sulking.
"Anna, what exactly does the loser of the bet have to do?" Elsa asks her sister, who mumbles something quietly. "What?"
"I have to try and milk a reindeer." She says and I burst out laughing. "Really Ryder?!?" I say through laughter and Ryder laughs with me. "Wait I'm confused how is that a big thing?" Elsa asks me. "Well my queen, reindeers don't really like being milked," I say and she just tilts her head confused. "Don't worry Elsa you'll see very soon," Ryder says smirking. "Hey, guys what did I miss?" Kristoff says popping out of nowhere and putting an arm around Anna. Anna gives him a kiss on the cheek and he grins. "Well Kris, Anna is gonna try to milk a reindeer," Ryder says and Kristoff burst out laughing. "Why?!?" He says holding his stomach. "We made a bet," Anna says crossing her arms and looking at him angrily. He stops laughing and he tries to give her a kiss which she stops with her hand. "Babbeeee I'm sorry for laughing." He says and gives her his puppy eyes. She sighs and gives him a kiss. "Come on let's go," Anna says and starts pulling Kristoff out the door and we follow.

We walked up a hill and sat under a big oak tree that already had a blanket lying there. "Hey, guys sorry I'm late I couldn't find Sven!!" cries the happy little snowman that was being followed by Sven up the hill. "Olaf!!" Anna and Elsa say at the same time in a childlike manner. They both stand up and give him a hug. "Okay, I brought sandwiches," Anna says and starts pulling food out of the basket. She hands us each two sandwiches and pulls out a bag full of carrots. "Here you go, Sven." She says and the reindeer snorts happily. "Thank you," Kristoff says in his Sven voice and we all laugh. "You're welcome," Anna says back and the reindeer gives her a weird reindeer smile. I still can't believe how smart that reindeer is. "Honey??" I look up from my food and see Elsa looking nervous. "Yeah?" I say and she leans over. "Do you want to tell the others about us?" She whispers. "Whatever you want my queen," I say and she smiles. "Hey, guys can we tell you something?" Aww, she said we. "Sure. What's up?" Anna says and they all turn their attention to us. "Well, Honeymaren and I.....are dating." She says and takes my hand. "We know." Anna and Ryder say at the same time. "Wait I didn't know!!" Kristoff says pouting. "I knew it!!" We hear Olaf exclaim. "Wait really? Even he knew?" Kristoff complains. "Yes, couldn't you tell?" Olaf says in a duh tone and Elsa and I laugh. Kristoff crosses his arms and pouts. "Wait is that what the bet was about?" Kristoff asks. "Yeah," Ryder responds smugly while Anna mutters under her breath. Suddenly the basket opens and Winter hops out. "Oh, I forgot you were in there," Anna says giggling and reaching for the kitten. "So when are you gonna complete your punishment," Ryder says evilly and Anna sighs. "Right now." She says and Ryder looks surprised. "Right now?" He says and she nods. "Right now."

Anna stands up and we follow her as she marches over to the stables and opens one of the stalls. Inside the stall, there's a reindeer eating. She rolls up her sleeves and goes for it, immediate the reindeer jumps then starts to charge at her. "Ahhhh!!!" She yells running out of the stable with the reindeer closely chasing behind her. "Umm, should we help her?" I ask Elsa who's rolling on the floor laughing, watching her sister screaming while getting chased by a reindeer. "Nope, she's the one that decided it was a good idea to bet on my life." She says still laughing. We watch as the ginger keeps running from the reindeer that seems to not want to give up. Finally, the reindeer gives up and trots over to the stable and gets back into her stall. Kristoff closes the stall and Anna walks over to us panting. "T-that was a crazy work out." She exclaims panting. "Are you okay?" Elsa says giggling.
"Y-yeah never better," Anna says sarcastically and everyone laughs. "Come on there one last surprise before you guys leave," Anna says and we follow her to the castle.

We continue to follow Anna through the castle and she leads us to the dining. "Surprise!!" She says and we all look around confused. "Betty you can come out now." She says and one of the maids walks through the door holding two delicious looking chocolate cakes. "Honey I think you're drooling," Elsa says and I wipe my face to find nothing. I glare at her playfully and she giggles. "Okay dig in!!" Anna says excited and everyone starts eating. "Also I got them to write down the recipe and steps for you guys to use." She says and hands me a piece of paper that says Chocolate Cake at the top. "I also have a crate of chocolate ready for you guys to take with you." She says eating her cake. "Thanks, Anna." Ryder, Elsa, and I all say at the same time. I look over at Elsa who looks sad and has crumbs all over her face. I grab her hand and reach over with my free hand to wipe away the crumbs. I gently brush my thumb over her lips getting the crumbs off, then suddenly she grabs me by the shirt and pulls me into a deep kiss. I'm surprised at first but quickly respond to the kiss. Her lips are so soft. I hear someone cough and immediately pull away from Elsa blushing. "Sorry," Elsa says. I see Anna looking at her sister suspiciously. "Elsa, can we talk?" Anna asks standing up from the table. Elsa nods and they both walk into the kitchen closing the door behind them. "Wow. That sure was something." I hear Kristoff say and I look down blushing. "Sooo now we know that you're getting some," Kristoff says and I look up wide-eyed. "Kristoff!!"
"What I'm kidding." He says defending himself. "But seriously is she okay?" He asks me with a sincere look. "I don't know. I think she misses the castle and being here." I say and he gives me a sympathetic smile. The door opens and Anna and Elsa walk back, in both smiling. Elsa sits back down next to me and grabs my hand. "I'm sorry." She says looking embarrassed. "It's okay," I said squeezing her hand and she relaxes slightly.

After we finished eating cake and chatting we went outside where there was a wagon and our reindeer waiting for us. "Well, guys be safe and send me a letter when you get there," Anna says and gives us all a hug. Next are Kristoff and Olaf who are tearing up. "Okay guys be safe and send the village our love," Anna says letting go of Elsa. "Bye Anna I love you." I hear Elsa say to her sister. "Bye. I love you too." Anna says back and we Elsa and I get into the wagon, while Ryder is gonna drive. "Byyee," Anna yells as we start driving away. "Byyee." We say back and wave.

I'm sitting next to Elsa on the wagon and she looks sad. We sit there in silence, while she pets Winter who is on her lap. "Elsa?"
"Yes?"
"Do you miss living in Arendelle with Anna?" I ask and she sighs. "Yeah."
"Do you want to go back?" I ask and she looks at me confused by my answer. "Why would I do that?"
"Well if you miss Arendelle and Anna wouldn't you want to go back?" She shakes her head at my answer. "I belong in the forest and it feels more like home then Arendelle. I just miss being with Anna. I guess being away from her 13 years then reuniting made me feel very attached to her." She says sadly and I just hug her. If she has to leave to be happy then I'm okay with that.
