Hi guys so I've been seeing some comments that I'd like to politely address. ☺️☺️

When I make edits like the texting and the Instagram stuff, I make sure to add details such as times and dates. This is to keep track of everything.

The dates are not just there for realism but also there to keep things in order of the time frames. I also add names. There has been a recent confusion that the character Minji was dating BTS's J-Hope aka Hoseok. 🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️ There will be back up story on this extra "Hoseok" I promise. Some has already started where Lyra has even called him by another name. So I promise there's going to be more details on him.

ANYWAYS! So the members of BTS do not have their own Instagram accounts. This is the huge indicator that she is not dating Jung Hoseok lol.

Okay next one! Cultural differences. Okai so! Since this is based in South Korea there's going to be a cultural change. So this will include the slightly difference in the way the characters speak and interact with each other. Older characters have some sort of "higher authority " over younger characters. It's just a way of respect. Yes some characters are easy going and don't care much about formality but some do. This will include titles. You all should know the "Hyung" title. Our bois use them all the time. It's a form of respect when speaking to an older member. But that's only for males to use. The title females use when referring to an older male is "Oppa". Duh.

There may be a concern if, since she's black, it's cringey as idk what. Ight, so...since this is taking place in Korea it's just a respect thing to call someone by their title name. Also, Lyra has been living there for now almost half of her life (if you keep up with the dates and when they speak about age), you'll know. When someone grows up in a certain area, especially from a young age they will take on that culture change.

This is just natural so yes, when Lyra has to, she will use Oppa. Don't get me wrong, so I cringe too but this ain't my culture and I'm writing in a setting that's not American culture (since I'm American) sooo please just work with me here. It's gonna happen. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️
