Lyra

I put my curly white hair in a top bun and leave out strands by me ears and wrap them around my finger before putting on earrings. I wrap the gifts for Taehyyng and sign his birthday card. I hear mom calling me from the kitchen so I head there.

"Can you head to the store really quickly? I forgot the candles." She says and I nod.

She hands me some money and I leave. On my way to the city I get a call from Eric. I stay on the phone with him all the way up until I found sparkler candles. I missed hanging out with him. We schedule a meet up after we graduate and hang up.

On my way home I get a text from Jin saying he was waiting at home for me to have me help him out with stuff. Today was there last day here in Korea so he needed an extra hand.

All the way up until the party was preparations while Taehyung was in the studio. Once it was time we head to the restaurant and club to set up. I adjust my black shirt and put my hands in my back pocket as I stand next to the cake. After a thirty minute wait, they say Taehyung was in the parking lot.

"Surprise!" We all shout as he walks through the double doors.

Taehyung couldn't help but smile and thanked us. We all sit at the tables and start to celebrate the night. There was a table full of gifts for him. We all sing him happy birthday before getting cake. With a small struggle Taehyung finally blew out the candles. Though I wasn't allowed in the club part, I nod my head to the beat from where I was. While everyone was dancing I was chilling and eating cake in my seat. I didn't mind not being able to go since my birthday was coming up and I would soon be able to go.

I feel a tap on my shoulder and see Hoseok standing there. I stand up and greet him.

"How are you feeling?" He asks and I place my hands behind my back.

"I'm okay. You?"

"I'm good. I have your clothes in my car since you left them at my house that night." Hoseok says and I smile.

"Oh yes, I forgot. Thank you and also thank you for that night. I hope I didn't ruin your sheets." I say embarrassed and he opens his mouth to say something when someone's voice beats him to a response.

"You were at Hoseok hyung's house that night?" Taehyung asks and we both look over to him and saw how angry he looked.

"Taehyung it's not what it seems." Hoseok says and he storms up to us.

"No what it seems? Her clothes in your car that she left? You messing up his bed sheets? How is that not what it seems?" Taehyung asks raising his voice.

"Taeh-"

"Don't! Don't you dare say a word Lyra. You hang out with me to get with my band mates don't you? And you...she's a minor! A child!" Taehyung fumes as he stops in front of us.

"Don't speak time me like that Taehyung. Let me speak and I will tell you." Hoseok says but Taehyung ignores him and glares directly at me.

"You're dirty Lyra." Taehyung says venomously and I feel a pain in my chest. Never have I ever seen this side of him before.

I back up and accidentally knock over an antique that his grandmother had saved up for him. Feeling everything fall over me at once I quickly apologize and try to clean up the broken antique when he holds his hand out as he starts to tear up.

"You know..sometimes I wish we weren't siblings." He whispers and at that moment my heart shatters.

"Tae-"

"Don't speak to me. I no longer know you." He says and by this time everyone came out to see what happened.

"Taehyung that was an accident and-"

"It's fine Hoseok..it's fine." I say hearing my voice crack as I start to cry. I walk out, slithering out of Hoseok's arm reach as he tries to bring me back and I leave.

I always lose the ones I care most for..
