Exiled II: The Awakening

Chapter 6

The wolf pack stood there, howling and acting like a bunch of animals. You could tell that everyone was shocked by this sudden visit but still, we stood tall looking back at them despite being outnumbered.

"What do you mean by fun?" I snapped looking at them angrily

The large man took a few steps forward in front of his pack members and stared at us intensely.

"I mean since you took the head off of one of mines, I want a head in return" He said with a southern flare "Also... we know you took somebody tonight, and we want him back"

"Im the one who took that head, and proudly!" Ezekiel said stepping out of the back door "See, we did a little truth spell on your boy Angelo and he told us all of this was planned. Your messing with us on purpose and taking that head was a warning" I think Ezekiel was trying to intimidate them but he seemed to just be angering them.

I heard growling from some of the wolves, and as I looked closer I saw the one that was on the roof of our car and got away. He looked at us with pure hatred and contempt in his eyes, and at that moment I knew this wouldn't end well.

"Whether we are toying with you or not is irrelevant, your side is responsible for the first kill, not to mention you kidnapped one of us" The Alpha wolf snapped.

"But you guys were already threatening us, and I'm still not sure why" I said curiously

He looked at me a with a sinister smile "Oh you know why"

"Malik" Raven said sternly

He didn't confirm if what Raven said was true or not, but he didn't have to, the look on his face gave it all away.

"So Alpha, what is your name?" I said chiming in "Your real name"

"The names Lucian, and this is my right hand man, OZ" He pointed at the guy that was on the roof of the car "And you? Since you seem to be the leader of this witch fest" He had a very animated tone, almost as if he was mocking us.

"My name is Rauz, but I'm not the leader." I replied quickly

"You wouldn't want to meet the leader... trust me" Finn snapped

I could tell from the look in his eyes that he took that as a threat.

"Vice Versa" He threatened "Well, now that we're on a first name basis, lets kill each other"

No sooner than he said those words, his pack started charging toward us. Some transformed into wolves and others didn't. He didn't move, almost as if he knew he wouldn't be touched. We ran out the door and began charging at them as well.

Ezekiel was the first to be approached by two transformed wolves, I'm guessing they wanted him first since he took the head. Ezekiel was obviously faster than them so he was using his vamp speed to move quickly around them until one in human form finally caught him from behind and threw him to the ground. Before they could jump him I used magic to separate them. I'm not sure if it was because they were super strong and had heightened abilities but my magic seemed to not be that strong on them for some reason because they recovered way too fast.

One of the wolves jumped on top of me and I was winded from hitting the ground too hard. I felt a sharp pain in my lower back and let out a scream.

"So you guys like taking heads?" The girl on top of me shouted with a pleased grin on her face, she went to reach for my neck.

I quickly created a force field that propelled her back, she immediately went flying so I was able to get up and scope the scenery.

Enya began levitating so that she could get a good look at everything. It seemed to be strong because it wasn't an offensive oddity.
