The demon clutched her head in slight pain, Shigarakis orders booming loudly in mind. Her little detour obviously didn't sit to well with whatever bullshit mental hold he had on her.
However, the She-Devil couldn't complain that much, hurting Overhaul did sound awfully pleasing right now. If it weren't for the fact that Shigaraki wanted him alive, the demon would've stolen the very power he used to dismantle her body whenever she tried to kill him.Least that human is alright now... An image of Kirishima's recovering body made a smirk twitch on the demons face. However the smirk fell off her face upon remembering the entirety of Shigarakis order.
"He hurt you, now it's time for you to return the favor, make that Yakuza and his pathetic underlings pay; kill anyone who stands in your way. Find your way back home after, I'll be waiting."
'Home'
The demon couldn't help but internally snort at the term. She found it funny, quite ironic actually because her 'home' was where it all started. Where all the pain and torture resided. Though she'd be back in the spotlight and in control she'd still wouldn't be free. But Fumetsu...
An image of UA and the family and friends the demons alter ego had attained in their wakening.
She has a home...
Another thing the demon envied Fumetsu for. Fumetsu had everything, though they were separated, Fumetsu was free. When she had the headband on, she was free from Shigarakis reach and control. So that meant that....
The order...We don't have to go back to him if she's in the light...
But the only thing that could force Fumetsu into the light is that headband and I'm sure that none of those heroes didn't have the intention of detaining them again. No, the demon was a villain, as long as Fumetsu and the Demon were separated, the demon would always be a threat to society; to the 'Symbol of peace.' Killing OFA was in fact a mission that was mentally ingrained into her brain since her first awakening. No matter how close Fumetsu was with Izuku, the demon would kill him. In fact, 'would' put it too lightly, it made it sound like the demon didn't want to kill him.
No...
Everything Shigaraki had said was right.
All Might had passed on more than the weight of One for All. He unconsciously passed on the consequences of it. The demons that came with being the holder/successor of One for All. All Might passed on a death stamp to his most prized protégée and didn't even know it. Or perhaps, he did know it and All Might was just trying to save his own hind.
Whatever, it didn't matter.
The demon did desire to kill Izuku Midoriya. The demon wanted to kill Izuku Midoriya and no one but herself could stop her. So she'd give Fumetsu a reason to play. As it seemed the only thing that made Fumetsu flicker through was when she was mad. Her freedom being constrained did piss Fumetsu off, hell it pissed the both of them off but right now Fumetsu didn't have anything to make her fight the chains that kept her locked away in the darkness. So, the demon would just have to re-jog her memory. If there was one thing Fumetsu hated it was being helpless. Fumetsu had stood by and watched the humans she cared for get hurt but she wasn't helpless in those moments. She was aware she could do something just chose not to unless it benefited her in some way or she cared enough. But when the demon had control of the reigns she was completely and utterly helpless, something about being physically able to do something but not triggered something in Fumetsu.
"That's enough."
"He locked us away."
