|Crossover Arc|
"Tch, is that supposed to be a trick question?" She clicked her tongue causing me to raise a brow as she walked past me toward the roof tops exit.
"I'm Izanami fucking Shi."
A smirk etched into my features as I followed after her back to the others whom were waiting for us to return. Wraith perked up at our presence and approached the both of us before coming to a stop silently.
"This war you speak of, when will it come?" Izanami spoke up, her voice stern.
Dabi peeked an eye open, with curiosity plaguing his turquoise hues. "So you're betraying the league?"
Izanami shook her head, maintaining a stoic facade, "Look around you, stitches; we didn't sign up for this. Besides," She crosses her arms, giving the older human male a knowing look, "Don't act like you don't have your own agenda. Hell, every member including Shigaraki has their own selfish reasons for being in the league. You heard what Wraith said, I get fucking yeeted by an All Might fan boy and you and the others become Shigaraki's bitch. I don't know about you but I'm my own bitch, not anyone else's. "
I couldn't help the the small proud grin that graced my features. Atta human.
"Believe it or not, Dabi you're the one who starts the war."
All of our eyes widen in surprise, shifting to the scarred male whom seemed just as surprised as we were. "Huh..."
"It doesn't matter, one way or another you will start the war and it's riding on Izanami or Hana on who will be victorious."
"I don't understand how our Hana is involved in this equation if you said it yourself that she is not like the other Hana's. Why should we be worried about the outcome of this war if she's not the bad guy." Joke piped up.
"At the end of the day, It doesn't matter what side you're on. You can win a battle but still lose the war. When all is said and done, everything will bottle down to one decision. A decision BOTH of you will have to make in order to determine who will win. My Izanami made the wrong decision...and she paid the price. Society paid the price. This war can not be won without either of you but can also be lost with you. In the end, it's up to you."
"Kami, lady what the hell is with you and these damn riddles." Izanami hissed.
"I agree, why can't you humans be more specific." I stated bluntly.
Wraith merely chuckled in response before holding out both of her arms once more. "It's time we get you back to both of your worlds."
"Finally." Dabi grumbled, shoving his hands in his pockets and barged right back through the portal we had came from. Me, Kiri, Joke, and Izanami followed in suit. Before we knew it, we were back in my world groaning like before."Kami I'll never get used to that." Kirishima whined, massaging his head whilst Joke had a nauseous expression. I approached Izanami and held out my hand in offering. She glanced at it and then back at me before taking my hand and letting me pull her up. "Sorry about the mask." I smirked in regard to her mask that was probably long lost by now in the ruins of the forest.
She replicated my smirk, glancing at my other arm that had yet to finish properly repairing. "Sorry about the arm."
I couldn't help the widening of my smirk into an amused grin, "Ne, if it weren't for the fact that we're in different dimensions, we could've been great friends."
"Likewise." She answered. My cyan orbs stared into her own crimson orbs for a few moments before my grin dropped into a serious expression. "I may not know what's going on back in your world but I promise you it will get better. Even if it doesn't, things have to get worse before they get better."
"Since when did she get so philosophical..." Joke mumbled to Kirishima but she sweatdropped as the male had a dazed look on his features. "Hey-" She nudged Kiri whom jolted back into reality. "Sorry, it's just given I've been there since the first book, she's really changed."
Jokes eyes widened slightly before softening as well in nostalgia. He's right...she really has changed.
"And if it doesn't?" Izanami mumbled, her eyes faltering. She seemed to cast a secretive glance at her partner.
My own eyes narrowed at her expression. Why is she with the league...are they black mailing her...geez if only we had more time...I bent down just a bit so my mouth was next to her ear. "Then wait for your Darling in shining armor to bring you home."
I pulled back to see the faintest of blushes on her stoic face expression causing me to snicker. Before I could straighten up, I froze as her hand shot out, settling on my pink locks between my horns. I blinked in shock as her face contorted into a warm expression whilst she ruffled my hair lightly. "Thank you, Hana."
I merely offered the girl a devilish smirk, and shook her hand off, walking backward toward Kiri and Joke.
"You have a Hiraeth and there's only one way to cure it."I called out before spinning on my heel and facing Kiri and Joke. My eyes lidded in fondness as I stared at the two whilst memories of U.A and everyone there clouded my mind. Looking over my shoulder, I raised a hand in farewell to the alternative me.
"Go home, Izanami."
