The Changed

Chapter 14

                                               Timeskip about five months later. 
   All of us moved back to the normal park where we started at. About three months ago we had decided to move back here. Also the new aliens are known to respect nature and even have put a protective forcefield over the entire park so if an attack does happen even do it is unlikely any attacks will bounce off. We are all still skittish due to what happened from the lab and what we went through with the Kenuins. Apparently the new alien race is called the Angil or known as the Guardian angels of the galaxies they are in charge of the Milky Way galaxy and several others. Appears to us that the Kenuins are known to enslave animals and not like the respective aliens we thought of them. If they find creatures to enslave and if they are small they use a growth serum before sending them to a slave market. From what I understand about all this is the Kenuins are apparently like the one race that will not listen to the Angil's. I flipped in the air as Ashton yelled,"Get back here you weasel!" I smirked,"No thanks I am good! Also that fruit of yours was really good!" He howled with rage as he shot after me. I quickly turned him transparent to see his muscles move and how he will move next." He dove aiming for my wing as I simply spun in the air to the side as I dove down aiming for a cave as I smirked hearing him give chase. I quickly flew through the cave as I neared the end flipping underneath him as I heard him collide with the back side of the cave wall. I laughed as I heard a gunshot as I flipped over the shot seeing an all too familiar Kenuin. It was Icatvak. I growled as I blasted a huge wave of hellfire at the direction of the mountains wall it went right through it as I yelled at Ashton," Go get out of here and no buts." He immediately flew through as I watched Icatvak pull the trigger aiming for my best friend. Reacting quickly I slashed his arm making the shot go wide as he yelled in pain. I activated my eyes dodging his strikes as I aimed for his Achilles tendon severing them as I jumped on his stomach placing my razor sharp talon on his throat. My scales hardening as I prepared to sever his neck artery. He tried to fling me off but I dug my talons into him as yells of pain echoed through the cave as I quickly silenced him by slitting his throat. Suddenly huge bolts of electricity coursed through me as I noticed an all too familiar devise in his dead hand. I heard a growl as I saw glowing eyes of a Dradvian as I blasted it with flames as it dodged jumping back. I winced as the shocks started to become unbearable. I quickly joy blasted the remote as the remote turned to slag heap. I jumped immediately as I flew through the cave as I turned back seeing the Dradvian chasing me. I quickly blasted a semi deep trench with my flames at the bottom of the cave as the Dradvian ended up jumping right into it. I sighed in relief as I made it outside. I turned my attention to the rocks above the cave as I built up the flames in my mouth as I released them sending rocks down and into the front of the cave blocking it." I flew over to the hole I made and as I watched the Dradvian was already trying  to claw itself out. I smirked darkly as I blasted a huge torrent of flames down through the hole as I incinerated the menace. I flew back into the forest quickly.

I sighed as I watched my best friend messing around with his hatchlings who are now a year old. I spoke,"Hey Ashton do you have an uneasy feeling." Ashton responded,"No why." I replied,"I have a bad feeling something is gonna happen." Ashton looked at me carefully seeing how I tensed around my wing muscles and how I looked around. Since we were humans he had trusted my instincts. Suddenly an energy source came into my sight coming towards us. I yelled,"Get out of here!" I flew in that direction as my breath hitched. I watched as a roughly seventy foot long creature(21 meters) came through the forest hunting. The rage I felt right now was insane the claws on this thing was twice the length of me. The full height if it stood up would reach above the smallest trees yet it stood at around twenty feet tall on four legs. I soon realized that this creature was a Vamguard. I growled,'So this thing is the third highest Dradvian rank. I am far out of my weight class right now. I am not even sure if my flames will scratch this giant or my scales can protect me from the claws or the bite force. I honestly doubt that my talons can even rip through it's hard scales.' I quickly went into my Hellfire form as bright flames came off of me as I used the flames engulfing my body to increase my speed too the max,'This much speed can screw my muscles over damn it.' The Dradvian spotted the flames and with its instincts it knew I was a major threat. I disappeared as I cut through the Dradvians first layer of skin as a small scratch appeared as it healed immediately. I looked at the Dradvian shocked,'This thing can regenerate crap.' I circled over head as I dove down aiming for its eye. It swung its tail as I disappeared using my full speed before aiming for its eye again I slashed my talon into the eye as a roar of pain echoed through the forest. I felt my muscles growing tight as I waited for the eye to start regenerating and it did. I growled as I aimed for the Achilles' tendon on the back leg as I flew under its tail swing cutting the two back legs as he fell not being able to support his massive weight. I thought for a moment,' What would the vital spot be.' The answer came to me a few seconds later. The brain. Diving down I went for its eye dodging multiple strikes as I felt multiple muscles tear and bones break from the intense speed I was going at. I clenched my teeth as I plunged my talons straight into the eye socket and into the brain as the giant creature fell down dead. I collapsed on the ground unable to move as I felt footsteps. I recognized the first voice," Well Dereck you wanna get him since he actually feels comfortable with you." I heard Dereck reply,"Sure." He picked me up and due to how my muscles were the only kind of protest I made was a soft hiss. Ashton contacted me,"Bro are you alright." I replied,"No cause my muscles are tattered cause I had to go into the Hellfire form." Ashton growled,"Seriously What rank Dradvian was it?" I replied,"A Vanguard ranked." I looked at the dead body as it started moving as we walked away.

      I hissed a warning as they turned around as Dereck looked back and yelled,"How is that thing alive it was punctured in the brain? Can you guys hold it off?" Wind picked up as my muscles healed from the new power coursing through me. I jumped into the air,'This might be the last time since my power has increased my speed has too.' I went into hellfire form for the second time as I encased my wing talons with the deadly fire which was now black and blue. I used my eyes dodging every strike of the tails and claws as I felt my muscles tear to crazy degrees as I plunged my Hellfire encased talons deep into the Dradvians eye destroying the inside and completely turning the brain to ash as the flames continued to eat away at the inside of the Dradvian as I collapsed as darkness came too me.

A/N well that's the end of this chapter yayyy I am back with writing this story also regarding to my wings of fire book I found the paper rough drafts so I should go back to continuing and finishing up that story. Also it is not the loners tale story. So vote comment and enjoy
