Chapter 17

   The door opened as Shawn came in fidgeting with a device while I was laying down in a tray of sand with all the heating pads. I lashed my tail as my throat glowed violently as Dereck smirked," Well nice to know he still has his aggressive attitude."Shawn chuckled nervously," Easy for you to say when your not the one chipping him." I narrowed my eyes as I came to the conclusion that it was a tracking chip. Glaring at them I hissed with my mouth closed as smoke seeped out of my mouth. Shawn started to pale knowing he might be on the receiving end of a blast of Hellfire. Shawn started to edge around me as I was not in a cage this time so I had a slight advantage over him. I waited tell he was by the window directly in front of me. Snapping my mouth open I blasted a blast of hell fire as he ducked narrowly missing getting toasted the blast of flames I shot went straight through the window as I growled daring him to try it. I began to ready another blast as Shawn spoke nervously," Well I guess you have to get a new window." I snarled as I lashed my tail showing my anger as he paled seeing my throat glowing again as he exclaimed," How many of those blasts can he do?!" I hissed as he smirked," You realize that I think I know what will keep him from blasting flames at us." I hissed softly as Shawn moved in closer making sure he couldn't be by the windows otherwise he would get blasted." I tensed when I felt Dereck's presence behind me I flicked my tail up as I felt my tail connecting with his wrist as he grunted in surprise as grabbed me by the neck grabbing my wind pipe forcing me to stop my flames as I gagged slightly as I felt a pinprick in my scales as they let me go as I noticed the empty device as I snarled curling up back under the heat as I fell back to sleep. 

   Waking up I noticed Dereck, Shawn, Rick, Ivan, and an older looking Angil. I began to listen into their conversation as Shawn spoke," What are your orders relating to the little fire demon over here?" I hissed signaling I heard him and I was awake as my throat glowed as he paled and shivered," I hate it when that little fire breathing lizard gives me that look that says,' I want to flambé you to a crisp and let a Dradvian eat you for lunch." Rick chuckled," Wow I assume the fire we saw shoot out of the window earlier was from him and I assume those scorch marks are from his flames." I sensed Ivan moving closer as he tried to touch my back as I whipped my tail upwards as looked at him as I noticed he was in front of a window. He wasn't looking so I took this shot as my throat glowed as everyone else noticed even the elder as they all stifled laughs as Ivan spoke," Whats so funny?" I shot a blast of hellfire at his butt as everyone started laughing as  the Elder spoke," Son look at your pants." He looked down seeing his pants on fire as he started to put out the fire. Ivan looked at me with a glare and tried to reach for my tail as I lashed my tail catching him on the top of his hand as he growled," He loves giving our reflexes a run for his money doesn't he." Dereck chuckled," Yes now Elder about him."  The elder nodded," Yes I am going to permit you to become a handler so you can train him to hunt down Dradvians." I growled as I contacted Ashton," If I ever come back to the park I am going to kill you." I severed the connection before he could reply. I curled back up and fell back to sleep as I had my flames cover my scales to ward off the idiot known as Ivan. I heard him groan about smart fire breathing lizards. 

  I woke up several hours later as Dereck came in holding something as I looked at him groggily as he came closer and as he tried to touch me I lashed out weakly as he dodged my strikes easily as he clipped something on me as I realized it was a harness. I glared at him as I turned my attention to the harness as I blasted myself with a small amount of hellfire as Dereck gasped as I stopped the flames as I growled,'STUPID BLOODY ALIENS AND THEIR DAMNED BLOODY TECHNOLOGY HOW DO YOU MAKE SOMETHING HELLFIRE PROOF! WHEN I GET MY CLAWS ON YOU I WILL SHOW YOU HOW SHARP MY CLAWS AND TEETH ACTUALLY ARE!' I glared at him with such hate as he stopped paying attention to me as Shawn came in and spoke," Did you get it on him?"  Dereck nodded," Don't mind him he is not happy about it thankfully he was asleep and he was very slow. Which was a relief since he would have torn me to shreds the moment I got in range." Shawn chuckled," You said, also has he bugged the spot where the tracker was placed." Dereck shook his head," Nope not at all actually." I unfurled quickly as I shot at Shawn as he yelped seeing a silvery blur as he barely dodged me as I gave chase as Dereck laughed as I than shot at him as he ran into his room locking the door as Shawn squeaked," Mommy!" I gave him a strange look as I chased after him as I heard Dereck laughing on the other side of the door. Shawn fell down from multiple scratched and a particularly nasty one on his face. I turned my attention to Dereck's room as I checked under the crack of the door seeing him sitting their blocking anyone from being able to push themselves through. I flexed my wing talon as I sharpened it with my crystalline powers before Shawn laughed," Heads up Dereck this is payback." Just as Shawn finished saying that I plunged my talon into the wooden door as we heard a yelp of shock and pain from Dereck. I hissed as I made myself a door as Dereck was standing on his bed as he groaned," Great I forgot about your abilities other than your hellfire. I lunged at him as another chase happened and thirty minutes later Dereck was on the ground from several bloody wounds as well. Dereck groaned," Great he has fully recovered and more than happy to tear into me fantastic." I left the room as I curled back up under the heat lamp that was placed over the sand tray he placed when I first came too.

A/N sorry there is a slight amount of words but I thought it would be kinda funny that Dylan could scare two highly trained warriors and give them plenty of reminders that he could still torture them while he is with Dereck.
