Chapter 48

Gavin rubs his hands together, formulating a strategy to beat the other two. He dealt out the cards, and the game begins.

The first card placed was 'A candlelit dinner is incomplete without_____' The Android out down 'Daddy issues' Elijah put down ' self-loathing'. 

Gavin wheezed at both of them, and no favouritism was played. He chuckled, he thought Nines’s was funnier by far. “Here you go Nines.” Gavin handed the android the black card, still laughing.

"Ha!" The Android laughed as Elijah snorted just like his brother. Mine's took the card and pulled the next black card out 'what will always get you laid?'
Elijah put down 'Illegal stuff in my garage'
Gav put down ‘horny white justice’

"Oh my God!" Eli laughed as he pushed up his glasses "I like that one Gav" Elijah complimented his brother "I've gotta give that to Gavin that was good" The Android laughed handing him the black card. Elijah chuckled "just cus you're married doesn't mean you pick sides" be jokingly said laughing as he to another drink. The Android did the same shaking his head "I am not, your was logical Gavins was funny, even made you laugh" he explained chuckling as he rested his head on one hand.

Gavin snorted again. “I wasn’t. As he said, yours was logical, he was funny. You gotta know the people you are playing with Li.” Gavin teased, drawing his new white card. “And now it is your turn brother.” he pointed out. “Go ahead.”

Elijah chuckled and picked up a black card 'what are my parents hiding from me?'
The Android answered 'A defective condom' now that, that got a huge laugh out of Elijah.

Gavin smirked, not thinking if his card would work, but he put down ‘72 virgins’.

"That's almost every RK800 model, YK500 and every child model made" Eli laughed as The Android took another swing of his liquor before laughing. "I really like Gavs" Eli stated giving him the black card "now even though he's your brother you don't have to pick sides" The Android mocked Elijah and they both laughed.

Gavin laughed. He picked up his drink and took a swig, following the trend. “Alright… let’s see what card is drawn… ‘Coming to Broadway this season, ______: the Musical’.” He said, laughing to himself.

The Android laughed "photo I got a logical one" he said putting down 'Aaron Burr' (LEGIT A CARD). Elijah just about died because when both he and Gavin were teens they went to see it on Broadway and that was there first musical together. Eli smiled "don't think I can too that, but!" He stated placing down 'A collection of high-tech sex toys' "Fifty shades of grey the musical be like this" The Android was wiping tears from his eyes as he continues to laugh.

Gav looked like he was extremely torn between the two. “I’ll have to go to Li’s. He is funnier. You know I go for the funny one's Nines. The competition is getting tighter.” He hands the black card he had in his hand to his brother, then taking a big drink.

The Android chuckled "I know I would have too" he said finishing the glass and taking the already opened wine and pouring it into a wine glass. Eli chuckled as he too the black card "haven't had this much fun in a while" he stated, taking his hair out of the hair tie and redoing it.

“Me either actually.” Gavin was genuinely surprised. He truly was. “Nines, your turn.” he started,  then leaning over and teasingly saying, “love.”

The Androids face flushed as he put his hand on his face "Jesus Christ…." He said quietly as he chuckled. "Hohohoho dirty talk, aye?" Elijah asked. Nines looked up and laughed "no no no just anytime he calls me by a certain nickname I get all flustered" he explained realizing Elijah did have a point.

Gavin smirked. “Well, it isn’t we are just tipsy.” He rebutted.

"But that makes it even worse" he explained as he picked up a black card 'why was I grounded?' He put it down on the table as he took a sip of his wine. Elijah put down ‘Cheese'. 

Gavin smirked again. “Ok, I get your point. But still…” he said, slyly putting down, ‘Rule 34’ He was very obviously very tipsy and wasn’t thinking.

Elijah glanced over at Gavin's card and began cry-laughing "Oh my God!!". The Android snickered " I'm not surprised if that happened to you as a teen!" He said as Eli calmed down a bit "Jesus Christ" he exclaimed taking another sip of his liquor and Nines doing the same with his wine." I gotta give that to Gavin" The Android said giggling a bit as he handed him the black card "alright last round, whoever wins takes this home" Elijah said pointing over at the liquor bottle.

Gavin laughed, taking the black card and drawing a new white card. “I bet you I’m gonna win.” Gav was beginning to get cocky and drinking his drink more often, which probably isn’t a good thing for him to do.

The Android chuckled at the statement made by his husband. Elijah just shook his head and laughed "You seem so sure of that outcome Gavin" Eli explained as he took a black card from the deck 'It's too dangerous to go, take _______!' Elijah put on the table as Nines chose ' The power of seduction '

Gavin immediately, with no hesitation, put down ‘a banana where the sun doesn’t shine’, laughing, no, cackling. 

Elijah snorted at Gavin's response, as did The Android "That's a really good only!!" Eli shouted, basically throwing the card at Gavin. Nines cry laughed at Elijah "Damn you just THREW that card!" He yelled trying to stop laughing but failed in that process. Elijah stood up stretching and took out his phone looking at the time "oh shit it's already 12, I've gotta head out, Chloe texted me and said she would be here at 12:10 so I should probably go ahead and head down. I'll talk to you guys tomorrow!" He explained as he helped put everything away. "Thanks for coming by Eli" The Android thanked his brother Inlaw and opened the door for him seeing him out. After he shut the door Nines picked up Lila and Lily, holding them in his arms.

"Well, he left in a hurry." Gavin took another sip, snickering to himself. He knew he was gonna win, and so therefore half-assed it even though he still had confidence.

The Android nodded in agreement as he sat the cats down on their cat tree. He walked over the couch and sat back down "That was fun" he declared crossing his legs on the coffee table as well as crossing his arms over his abdomen. He sighed softly as he glanced over at the man "guess what?' He asked.

“Yeah, that was heh.” He watched the cats fight over who got to lay beside Vinny, which they seemed to do often. Vinny and Jace were just too lovable. Gavin looked over mid-sip. “Hmm?” he asked in response. He put his glass down, deciding to listen.

" I love you~" he whispered into Gavin's ear, laying his head on his shoulder. "I know you already know, but I'm still going to tell you" he explained closing his eyes for a moment with a sigh.

“Aww~! That’s so sweet. I know you’re gonna keep telling me till the end of time. Over and over. I love you too. Maybe more, but I love ya Nines.” Gavin leans back on Nines, also kind of falling asleep, but not wanting to fall asleep, he needed to put things away and take some aspirin, or… willow fine.

The Android chuckled before getting up again and walking into their bedroom and took off his clothing before changing into something a bit more comfortable, and by comfortable I mean sweat pants and nothing else. He did put a shirt on this time though. He walked back into the living room and into the kitchen so he could feed their children.

Gavin stretched and yawned. He hadn’t bothered to change quite yet. He was determined to finish his tasks. Nines really had an effect on him, he guessed. After he got everything put away and organized, he just had to find the meds and put on comfy clothes.”Well. What are you doing exactly?” He asked, taking a sock out of Lila’s grip.
