“Go ahead. Take it as a challenge. I don’t know who’ll be the victor though… Love~.” Gavin said, teasing lightly.

"Hnnnngggggggggggggg" he groaned becoming quite flustered as he laid his head in the crook of Gavin's neck "Goddammit……." He mumbled before looking back at Gavin tilting his head slightly "you know how to get me to shut up" he claimed.

“C’mon! You can’t give up that easily!” Gaav encouraged, taking Nines’s hands and holding them in his. “Cooooooome oooooooon!!”

The Android intertwined their fingers "Well every single time you say that I get really flustered" he explained going to kiss him again "I’mmmtrrrrryyyyiiiinnngggg" he drug out squeezing his hands.

“Why though? It’s just a cutesy nickname!” He says, booping the android with his own nose. “I know you’re trying but still I get it. I’m such a ruse.” Gavin teased more himself than Nines. He giggled, squeezing Nines’s hands momentarily. “You are such a softy yet tough cookie love.”

The Android smiled and kissed him softly "I know its a nickname but it still affects me a lot" he explained bringing his hand up to Gavin’s cheek, kissing him again passionately. Nines chuckled as he looked at Gavin with a soft smile.

Gavin kind of laughed to himself. “Ok ok that’s enough you ferocious beast,” he laughed more. “It gets cuter each time I think. That may just be me, but oh well, it’s me, what do you expect.”

The Android chuckled as he let go of one of Gavin's hands and rested his hand on Gavin's cheek, looking at him still flustered. He leaned closer into him and kissed the man softly, rubbing his thumb over his cheek then runs his hand up to Gavin's hair.

Gavin laughed. “What the hell did I just say??” He asks, still laughing. He puts his hand on the hand Nines had put on his cheek. “You dork.” He teases, scrunching his nose a little and sticking out his tongue.

The Android smiled softly as he closed his eyes "I'm a dork" he confirmed sighing, continuing to run his thumb across his cheek "You are a dork too but you're my dork" he explained smiling.

“Heheh, you have a point. We are huge dorks. And for each other even. Whoever thinks otherwise can go rethink that heheh.” Gavin smiled softly, booping his nose to Nines’s. “Love ya, ya cute fucker~,” He teased quietly.

Nines smiled as his face became warm "Gavinnnn I'm not that cute" he groaned kissing him softly " God I love you Gavin…" he said quietly. "God I get so worked up over small things," he said chuckling bit.

Gavin laughed. “You really do Nines. You really do.” He sighs softly, closing his eyes just a little. "You can't deny that you are the cutest being in the universe!"

"I can't deny but I also can't prove that" he explained, kissing Gavin softly, he can't believe how long they have been together, how many things they experienced together and how much they had a genuine love for each other. “I am not sober, I can tell you that much,” he said laughing a bit.

Gavin laughed and pat the android on the head lightly. “Me neither love,” he said, “but I can prove you areeee the cuuuuutest being alive.” He smiled, thinking about what he was to say, knowing it probably will only fluster Nines further, but that’s one of the things Gav found cute

“Oh shut up!” he raised his voice laughing a bit as his already red face became redder “no im not, I’m gonna deny it” Nines states putting a hand on Gavin’s cheek again and patting it “and you say Ima dork, you're not wrong but still”

Gavin laughed again. “Oh god, how I love youuuuu~!” He howled quieter than Nines had been. He took out a normal playing card and twirled it to fumble with something. It was better than nothing, at least.

“Im gonna get changed alright?” he asked getting up and raising his arms up so he could stretch.

“Ok!” He said, getting up so he could kiss the intoxicated android once more. He held Nines’s face and stole the kiss, smiling and trying not to laugh at himself while doing so.

Nines lowered his arms around Gavin with a small chuckle, tasting wine in Gavin’s breath. He smiled into it as he put one hand in Gavin's hair and brushed it back.

Gavin let go with a small, “I love you Nines, you know that?” And got down, smiling like an idiot. He didn’t know why he was like this, but he thought it was a nice way to go. Eh, he was him. Being himself.

Nines smiled and nodded “I know you do, honestly dont know why sometimes but I love you too,” he said looking down at Gavin’s rings.

Gavin snickered, “Because you’re mine! And forever mine HAHAHA!!” He said, wrapping his arms around Nines tighter.

Nines smiled softly as he kissed his cheek softly “good I’m glad to know I’m yours” he responded chuckling. Nines knew that Gavin would get a bit jealous when he talked to other men for too long, he didn't lock him inside but Nines still stayed by his side. Even though the war ended years ago he still doesn't like being out around the protesters that say Androids shouldn't be free.

Gavin sighed happily. “Ok ok, you can go do whatever you had said you were gonna do. I won’t side-track you anymore.” He sat back down, drawing on the counter with his finger. He felt a bit bad that he had practically stopped Nines from talking to people who hadn’t gotten over their hatred for androids. Unlike Hank. He really didn’t like it when he did something like that. Then again he had a bit of a self-hate for himself anyways. Gav didn’t think he’d ever get over that self-deprecation ever though.

“Well I am going to drink because the last time I did it it was nice so ima do that again,” he said kissing Gavin softly as he walked over to the cabinet that stored their glasses. He took out a liquor glass and walked over to the coffee table it sat on.

He went to go get the sketchbook that he had apparently had that been dug up. “Where’d you put that book… the… drawing book? It was right here?” He asked, pointing to the spot on the shelf it had been. “Where… Where is it?”

“Oh, I put it in our closet in a box, kinda like a time capsule thing. I can get it out if you'd like??” he asked, sitting the glass on the table and began to walk into their bedroom. “I didn't want to lose it when we moved so I put it in there along with the photo album”

“Oh…” He said quietly as he grabbed a Sharpie from the cup with all the pens and pencils. He sat down where he had been, watching where Nines had disappeared. “Hm… should I waste a page on doodled shapes or a… different kind of drawing?” He asked mostly himself.

He opened the closet and got the box off the shelf and brought it into the living room and he sat it on the couch.

“Thaaaaaaank youuuuuuu,” he said, opening it and looking through it first, laughing at some of his older drawings. He opens to the next clearest page and doodles cubes and prisms, not paying attention much. He seems to eventually turn it into an actual character.

Nines sat down on the couch and poured about half a glass of liquor and watched Gavin draw. He found it fascinating that he could do that with such ease and he could just think up something in his mind and draw it.

Gavin sighed as he stopped. It was hard to distinguish the shapes apart. “Gah… Damnit…” He said to himself. He didn’t know why he was so stressed, but he was. He let out an exasperated sigh, looking up at Nines.

“You alright??” he asked, setting his glass down again after downing the last of the liquor in it. Nines tilted his head as he ‘cracked’ his neck.

“Yeah, I’m just unnecessarily stressed or something like that. I don’t know why though. I just think I need sleep though,” he says, looking back at the paper.

“Want me to get you some clothes out??” he asked standing up and stretching “I can get you some melatonin as well,” he said looking down at his partner.

“No, I-I’m fine on the medication… I-I’ll just takes a warm shower…” Gavin didn’t really like meds much unless it was because he was hurt, that was the exception.
