“You most definitely will. I always say things too soon, and then fuck myself over, you know me.” Gavin laughs a little as well. He put his head on Nines’s shoulder, sighing. He couldn’t taste the wine in his mouth much more, which was pretty good, considering he had a few glasses of cold water too.
After he dried the glass he turned around and put his hand in his half unbuttoned shirt and running his hand over his collarbone, he smiled softly as he closed his eyes for a moment "yep and it won't be the worst thing but it won't be the best either" he explained.
“I understand you there.” He smiled, taking a deep breath. He seemed a bit shaky, both of them did, but he understood why Nines was. He didn’t know why he was so shaky, it was an odd thing for him to be except in specific situations, but this was different. He ignored it anyway.
Nines bent down and kissed him softly, putting his hand on his cheek. He knew Gavin would say 'we should have done this before I showered' but he knew Gavin didn't ever stop him.
Gavin put a hand on Nines’s. “God Nines what in the world are you thinking now?” He asked, not exactly thinking like he normally did. Probably because he was wayyy more sober than the android and when the whole thing started.
Nines looked down at Gavin with a soft smile "You know what I'm thinking Gavin~, you've known me for 5 years" he said putting a hand on his shoulder "we don't have to work for two days so we have all the time in the world" he said chuckling a bit.
“All the time in the world huh?” He laughs. “And, more than five actually. Get your dates straight hon!” He teased as he wrapped his arms around Nines’s waist. “And yes, I was messing with you Nines. Of course, I know what you’re thinking~,” Gavin said, kissing Nines a bit rougher than he had been, then letting go and snickering.
Nines looked at him with wide eyes "w-wait five...well damn I guess we have more time than I expected" he said and kissed Gavin back putting one hand in hair and the other on his hip.
“No no, we’ve known each other for more than five years, we don’t get five days, god.” He laughs. “I forget one word and get misinterpreted, of course,” Gavin said, putting his forehead on Nines’s. “I’m maybe teasing with my words just a little harshly, but damn does it express my thoughts correctly,” he sighed happily.
"You confuse me so much," he said kissing Gavin softly on the cheek, trying to stabilize himself by holding on to the counter. "But I love you anyway," he said quietly.
“I know. I honestly forgot a word, so you have the right to be confused.” He moves back a little, making Nines flustered by making him seem like he had pinned Gav. He honestly loved it when Nines was blushing or anything of the sorts, he thought it of cute. “I love you too, Nines. So much I can’t describe it in words at all.”
"I can show you but I have a hard time describing it as well" he explained running his hands through Gavin's hair "I'm gonna change care to join me??" He asked sarcastically but at the same time sorta seriously.
Gavin laughed. “No, as much as I would love to, you need your privacy too sometimes,” he said, savouring the touch. “God since when did I absolutely love my hair being… oh, that’s right hehe…” He thought aloud.
Nines broke into laughter as he sauntered into their bedroom and found a pair of shorts to wear. He usually didn't wear a shirt and when he did that usually meant he was cold.
“Damn how I love him so much…” Gavin said as he raked his hands through his own hair, which, unsurprisingly, wasn’t as satisfying and didn’t feel as nice.
Nines walked out of their bedroom and leaned against the doorway "I can confirm now that, yes I am drunk. I almost fell over twice whilst taking my pants off" he said chuckling.
Gavin snorted. “Oh, how you’ll have a massive hangover. And most of it won’t even be my fault!” He laughed.
"What do you mean most of it!” He said laughing as he walked over to him and kissed his cheek softly.
“I mean, you just drank a lot of high concentration alcohol and you can’t blame it on me!” He rebutted, holding his face and giving a quick kiss. “Damn still taste very strongly. I advise you to drink some water, hm?”
"Yeah that would be a good idea," he said, chuckling a little bit. He walked up to the sink and grabbed a glass, which for some reason took him longer than it should have. After finally finding a glass he poured him some water.
“I know, I’m full of them.” He followed Nines around so he could make sure he didn’t fall. “You’re so wobbly jeez…” He says, mostly to himself. Gav didn’t know why he was so surprised at that.
"I drank….wait for wha-Oh! I drank wine and heavy liquor I'm surprised I'm not on the floor" he said leaning against the counter and drinking his water.
“Well, your body also doesn’t react the same as a fully biotic one would.” Gavin put a hand on Nines’s shoulder. “I’m kinda jealous of it as well.”
"Very true, I still make stupid decisions though…..god R.I.P that one wall….and glass I dropped…" he said before laughing a little bit.
“Yeah, but that’s what makes you my dork. You’re a klutz, like me, but still.” Gavin sighed. “Oh how I love my klutzy dork,” he said, snickering.
Nines broke into laughter "Love you too yah dork" he said setting the glass down and putting his hands on Gavin's shoulders.
Gavin smiled. He wrapped his arms around Nines, holding on tight. He probably needed this night to happen just how it did.
He looked down at Gavin and smiled before kissing the now smaller scar on his nose. It still irritated him sometimes but that's only because it was on his nose and you move your face all the time.
Gavin smiled as Nines did so, he thought it was cute when he did this. But it also was inconvenient lots of times.
He kissed Gavin gently and as he let go "Do I still taste of alcohol??" He asked with a small smile.
“Very,” he said, booping Nines’s nose. “I think you will for a while with how much you drank honestly.”
Nines chuckled softly as he moved his hands down to the waist and held him close "yeah most likely" he said putting his head on Gavin's shoulder.
Gavin laughed again. “You’re so goopy right now, it’s kinda funny,” he said, holding Nines’s face and kissing him again on the nose and cheeks.
He smiled "But if I'm not you will think something's wrong," he said quietly as he moved one hand up to Gavin's slightly moist hair and brushed it back.
Gavin sighed, shaking his head with a smile. “It’s still funny because you’re really really happy and you usually aren’t this sugary.”
"You want me to be like this more often?" He asked, tilting his head a little bit as he kissed his cheek a few times.
“Well at the wrong time it’d embarrass me, but at the right time, I’d be happy. You know when to be serious, right?” He asked.
"Yes….most of the time," he said with a chuckled as he continued to dunk his hands through his hair.
“What do you mean, most of the time?” He asked, holding onto Nines’s shoulders. “And I know I probably keep asking, but why don’t you ever wear a shirt? Is it so you are trying to fluster me?”
"Sometimes yes, other times I just dont like wearing one" he explained running his hand down his back "by most of the time I mean sometimes when I look at you and you do that one thing I like I gotta take down the act," he said with a small chuckle.
“Ahhh ok.” He puts his cheek on Nines’s collarbone. “You’re pretty warm, wow… Why am I surprised?” Gavin says, laughing at himself.
"Not sure why you're surprised but I am pretty warm," he said with a small sigh as he kissed his cheek again.as he kissed his head and continued to run his hands through his hair.
