We walked through the doctor's office door and I immediately felt all eyes turn towards me. I get it. I was a 16 year old girl who had her whole life ahead of her and here she is with a child on the way. Peeta took my hand and guided me to the front desk where a tired, old hag was sitting in a broken chair tapping the same key on her computer over and over again. "Hi, uhm, we're hear to see Dr Aurelis in a couple of minutes..."
"Just sit down in a seat and they'll call you when he's ready" she grunted. She didn't even look away from her computer.
"I bet her face cracks every time she tries to smile," Peeta whispered to me. I chuckled out loud and every body (all three of the feral females in the surgery room) turned to me with disgusted looks on their faces as Peeta and I sat down. We waited for around 15 to 30 minutes while all the other three ladies all came in and out and left.
"Katniss, Dr Aurelis is ready for you."
