It's Finally Here: The Conclusion
Author's Note: For a sappy thank you to my readers and apology for this incredibly late conclusion, scroll to the end (no spoilers if you want to read it first) after the chapter.
Disclaimer: I haven't watched Teen Wolf in years so I apologize if I mess up something. I wrote the conclusion after re-reading what I wrote as a teenager so either way, it should fit under this AU. I hope you can see how far my writing has come since. Can't say I wasn't cringing rereading my fourteen year old self, but I'm grateful to all of you who kept reading. I had to give an ending to the longest story I've written and shared.

Scott POV
Seeing Allison stabbed by the shapeshifter right before him awoke something deep within Scott. Where seconds before his body had been sapped of all its energy and blinking felt like a chore, he now felt a growl erupt from low in his stomach.
If this creature wanted a True Alpha, he was going to get one.
Just as Scott finally freed himself with his newfound strength, he sees Derek return. A small part of him registers that Derek must have found somewhere safe to leave Lydia, he hopes anyway.
Seeing the odds shifting against him, the power emanating off of Scott as the True Alpha and Derek's return, made the blue-eyed beta flee.
He can't bring himself to focus on much of anything else than the rage and desire for vengeance toward the shapeshifter who was now trying to put distance between himself and Scott.
But before he does, the rational side of his brain remembers that Allison needs him.
As his alpha, he hopes he can conjure Issac out of him crumpled state. Pulling him up, Issac slowly finds himself conscious, he was the one that took the brunt of the wolf's bane attacks trying to protect Scott. It was taking him longer to recover.
"Isaac, Issac listen to me. Allison is hurt, I don't need you to fight, I need you to get her out of here. Don't pull out the dagger and get her to the nearest hospital. NOW."
Growling on the last word, Isaac sprung into action, still slightly slow on his feet. Scott watches him as lifts her and tries to keep her as level as possible. She was still unconscious and Scott couldn't help but hope that's all it was. She was just unconscious from her body going into shock. She would be okay.
He was reminded once more of what was to blame for Allison's life currently swinging in the balance as Isaac carried her away from this damned factory.
Scott turns his attention back to the shapeshifter currently cornered into staying by the very trap he laid. While Scott had been barking commands, Derek had make sure to block the only exit in the same manner the shapeshifter had used one of his wolves to do.
The shift in power, now that he was alone and Scott had fully phased into the wolf, translated to the fear in the shapeshifter's eyes. Scott's eyes.
Putting aside the bewilderment of an enemy that shares his same face, Scott primed to launch at the dopplegänger.
He feels an hand on his arm holding him back.
Derek spits out, "You won't kill again, let me handle this."
At first, Scott doesn't understand what Derek means. "Y-You can't"
"What do you mean?" comes the quick reply, Derek still not letting go of his arm.
Struggling to get the words out through the anger that was building, "Deaton said...only the true alpha can kill them..."
It was one of his last moments, probably his last words. While Allison was trying to distract the shapeshifter, playing into his sick game, Deaton yelled out at Scott that it was his True Alpha status that made him fatal to the shapeshifter. Scott was the only being that could counteract their incredible healing rate.
