floating round my head
making my world go hazy
got two left feet no sense of direction around you
you got me pinned against a wall
how we got here is a mystery to me
close my eyes and let my worries fall
lock ourselves away from the world
day dreams of you
can't focus on anything clearly
my hearts pounding
day dreams of you feel sempiternal
i don't remember falling for you
i remember what it feels like to put my head on your heart
can't remember saying i love you
let you leave before i could say it out loud
day dreams of you haunt me more and more
my thoughts aren't going anywhere
and this time i can't run and hide
day dreams of you keep me alive
