Hejla Seier, daughter of Turid Seier and sister of Magne and Laurits Seier. Returning to the city where their father had perished was not necessarily the definition of happiness for Helja. Even less when she begins to realize that this city is much...
Helja tried to catch up with her twin as he strove at full speed through the halls of the school."Hurry up, Hel!"
Helja rolled her eyes at his impatience before finally catching up with her twin as he stopped his biology teacher. The 40-something woman immediately turned around in confusion at Magne's call before giving a look at the teenage duo Seier.
"Yes?"
Magne took a moment to catch his breath before frowning."Have you heard of cadmium?"
"Cadmium?" Solveig repeated, giving a questioning look at Helja leaving the blonde shrug her shoulders visibly as perplexed as the woman."It's an element. Heavy metal, atomic number 48."
Helja gave a dubious look at her twin before turning curiously to the woman."Is it dangerous?"
"It's very poisonous." Replied their teacher gravely.
Magne immediately gave a sharp look at his sister letting Helja roll her eyes in silence before frowning as she watched Magne take out a vial of analysis towards his teacher.
"This is a water sample from the glacier." He explained, pointing to the test tube contained in the plastic bag."And, uh, we need to know what it contains. Do you know how to check for that?"
"Yes, I do." She replied somewhat surprised. Solveig gave a wary look between the duo letting Helja wince slightly in apprehension before watching the woman look around nervously."I want to help you, Magne. This will stay between us."
Magne nodded briefly before handing the sample to his teacher discreetly. The woman hastened to recover it, giving a look at the duo before turning around.

"So what ? You give our teacher a sample of the glacier?"
Helja paused, biting the inside of her cheek in uncertainty before nodding."Yeah. More or less."
