2 Years Later:

"It's so quiet in here, what did you do with them?"

I laughed at my gorgeous husband, enjoying the way his arms held me tightly against his chest,

"I just locked them all in a room with a whole heap of candy and let them go for it"

"Hmmmm, well while they are locked in that room maybe we could"

"Daddy"

"Hey they Carter, what's happening buddy?" Cage squatted down onto the ground and sat Carter on his knee, Mya hot on his heels,

"Mummy's letting us watch toy story" Mya told him, placing a kiss on his cheek,

"Come on C -lets go" Mya grabbed Carter's hand and led him out of the room,

"Where's my boys?"

"Loges is in watching the movie with these two and Declan went down for a nap around an hour ago, how was work?"

"I'm so glad it Friday, I"

Carson's thoughts got interrupted by the cries of a very very upset little girl, he raised his eyebrows at me smirking,

"Harper is here?"

"Mhm, Seb and Kira had an appointment at the doctor so they asked me to have her for a couple of hours, she's teething so she's not very happy - poor baby"

"I'll get her, you finish getting dinner ready, maybe ask your brother if they want to stay"

We have had a few changes in the past couple of years - firstly the arrival of our precious little man Declan almost 18 months ago, he was a big baby at almost 11 pound and 58cm long - and looked just like Carter - making him the spitting image of his father, it wasn't long after Declan was born Seb and Kira announced they were expecting - their daughter Harper is now 7 months old and looks just like her mother, Seb and Kira have just announced Kira is pregnant with baby number two - hence their 12 week ultrasound appointment today.
With 4 kids of my own - even though Logan is now 7 and at school I still had Mya who is 4, Carter has just turned 3 and Declan at 18 months and with Carson's fitness centre business booming I had finally given up work - of course I spoke to my father and Seb about it first - not that they were concerned - my parents had always made it very clear that family came first.
I stood in the doorway leaning against the frame watching our kids, Carson made his way slowly down the stairs with Harper resting on his chest, her thumb in her mouth her cheeks were bright red - he was softly kissing the top of her head as comforted her, he smirked and winked at me when he caught me watching him.
I was broken out of my daydream by the knock on the door,

"It's open guys"

Kira and Seb calmly walked through the door, smiles wide on their faces,

"Hey you two, I take it things went well"

"Great" Seb spoke first, kissing Kira and making his way to Harper "Hey little princess, you doing ok?"

"She's just woken up, those teeth are giving her a hard time"

I answered my brother, as Carson passed the little girl to her Daddy.

"It has been really hard on her poor thing" Kira sighed, "But on a positive note, totally and completely healthy for this one" She joined Seb's side and placed her hand on Harpers back,

"Did you guys want to stay for dinner?"

"Seriously, is that ok?" Kira smiled at me,

"Of course, there will be plenty, Cage can you get Declan for me please?"
