-A week after the camp-

"Georgieee..." Someone yelled from my class' door. I was too upset to look up and see who it was, so I keep silent, scrolling on my phone randomly.

"G, oi!"

"He's in a bad mood, Trist. Don't bother him or else he'll turn into a tiger" Blake said way too casually.

"What's up with you? Is it because of J?"

"Fuck off, don't talk about him, he's an ass," I said coldly.

"Woah Woah, easy tiger," Blake and Tristan said in unison.

"Jinx," They both said again, laughing like a mad scientist after that.

"Ssup everybody? Let's gossip!" Brad said way too excitedly.

Since when is he here? And where the hell that son of a bitch came from?
I sighed harshly, feeling annoyed by them.

"It's been a week, and he's been so, so odd."

"Odd? What do you mean 'odd'?" Brad asked.

"The night after the camp, we were still texting like we always do but then I asked him something and he just turns into a piece of ice."

"Cold? Icy? Or..." Tristan asked dumbly. Brad slapped him, mumbling something under his breath.

"How is it after that?" Blake asked carefully.

"My text turns into a newspaper, always left on 'read' and then tossed aside, not replied and ignored. I got upset over that, so I ignore him too and always avoid him and every chance given. Instead of feeling guilty or something, he smirked smugly at me. How could I not trap in a bad mood?"

"When was it? He smiled at you I mean" Trist asked.

"During the first break on the corridor"

"Does he know that you're upset with him?" Blake asked.

"Dunno, he's a bit too oblivious when it comes to things like this" I answered them.

"I know why. He thought there was nothing wrong between you guys since you didn't tell him that you're upset with him, so he acts all normal and you know, just like how J is."

"But it's so obvious that I was clearly avoiding him, how could he not notice?" I yelled, feeling annoyed and upset.

"He's a jock, George. That's just how jocks are. Oblivious and cold and a player" Brad said, smiling in sympathy at me. I forced a smile to return him, but I was slapped on the back of my head by Tristan.

"We know you're upset, there's no use to fake a smile"

"It hurts, you bitch! My heart is aching, don't you know that?" I screamed at him.

"There's no need to call me a bitch, you ass!" Tristan fire back.

"Alright, child, now calm down! It's enough!" Blake said, separating his two kids.

"Try to talk to him. You go to his table or something, ask him nicely, maybe that'll work. You know, you guys were so close before, who knows if this turns out well you can be that close again."

"He was the one that labels us as a best friend but then it was also him then suddenly change into this overly sweet and caring lover but then again, it was also him that started avoiding and ignoring me," I stated sadly.

"Well, you haven't tried to talk it out now or have you?" Blake asked and I shook my head.

"But it's not that easy, Blakey. He's a famous jock that always so busy with basically everything while I'm nothing but a small ant that barely noticeable." I whined like a baby.
