"Hey, what took you so long? Does the machine not working?" George asked out of nowhere. I turned around and saw him trying to peek over my shoulder, chin on my shoulder while he stood on his tippy toes so he can see the machine.

"I didn't weird you out, did I?" I asked and feeling like facepalming internally straight away.

"No, why would you think that?" His eyes held so much confusion but I sighed out in relief.

"Nothing, just uh... Never mind. C'mon, I got us our token." I showed it to him and he showed me his phone, a note of where-to-go-list makes its appearance.

"I want to start it easy so I choose the bumper car? Is that okay?"

"George, don't be that cautious, that's totally fine, after all, I love the ride" His eyes lit up as I said that and he kind of jump up and down in his place.

"What are we waiting for now then? C'mon!" I said grabbing hands and pulled him to the bumper car arena. It was empty, so it'll be just the two of us. We choose our car and slide in our token.

"I'll beat your ass, Bibster!"

"You cheated! I don't even know your last name, but I'm surely will beat yours, Shortie!"

"It's Smith."

"Game on then, Smith," I said putting more emphasis on his name.

He smirked at me and I drive towards him trying to bump into him and cornering him. We played like that, feeling like a child once again. I did win at the end, and he kept telling me that he let me win so I won't be a cry baby. We went to another ride but there's a blank on the list.

"For the seventh ride, it's a blank, so I'll let you choose"

"What do you think about the super shot?" I asked playing with my eyebrows teasingly.

"Sure, who scares?" I smirked at him and led him again to the arena. There's like 5 people there, so we waited patiently for the workers to buckle them up first one by one.

George was the next one to get buckled and I choose a seat next to him as the worker done with his, she buckled mine. The machine started roaring and pulled us a little up from the ground so right now our feet can't touch the ground anymore. I turned to my left and saw George clenching his eyes shut. I let one of the barriers go and grab his hands instead.

"Are you scared?"

"No, I'm George, silly!" He tried to laugh it off but I can feel his hands getting sweatier.

"You're nervous, hold my hand tighter, it'll be alright" He tightens his grip on my hand and soon the rides start. I can hear George screaming at the top of his lung and his grip on my hand getting tighter and tighter. I brushed my thumb lightly, reassuring him that it's all fine. When the rides come into its end, all of us unbuckled our self and George was a walking jelly. I need to support him so he won't fall.

"I can't feel my knees, my heart is going to explode, help!" He said in high pitched tone. Usually, when someone talks in a high pitched tone I'd get annoyed by it, but his was different. There's something in his high pitched voice that makes him unique and not annoying, and I really love that. Love? Again, really? Damn you, feelings!

We sat on a bench for like 8 until 10 minutes until George finally can feel his knees again.
"I swear, I'm not going to that ride ever again!"

"Aww, is little Georgie scared of height?" I teased him, poking his dimples rapidly. He slapped my hands away and pouted at me.

"Shut up! It's not that, it's the fact that they bring you up in a blink and all of a sudden they just drop you in thousand miles per seconds speed. My poor heart is going to fall out if I go to another one like that."
