It's currently 2.42AM Saturday 14th  June here, but I'm just done with some work from bitchy teacher and still can't sleep yet, so here you go :)

Today's the day.
Reece and I have been all jittery and thrilled since last night and this morning, it just got worse. We went to school in a complete rush, knowing for real that we'll be late if we don't speed up. It wasn't my fault, it was Reece's. He forgot where he put the key last evening and we spent a great 20 minutes running around the house to find that metal thingy.

We barely have time to talk once we arrived at school. I rushed straight up the stairs to my class while he rushed down the hall. The second class, I was too busy re-reading my chemistry note while he was busy catching up with his English teacher. Third class basically the same as the second one and now the last class and we finally can meet up and maybe talk for a bit. He walked me to my class, rambling about how exhausting this day was, I chirped in with my part which was just as worse as his, but soon we forget it and back to our pointless banter and cheap flirt again. We arrived at my class much too soon for my liking and I sighed feeling slightly annoyed.

"Don't forget to gather at the auditorium after exam, alright? I'll meet you there" Reece said, holding my shoulders with both hands. I nodded my head at him, flashing him a small smile.

"No change of plan?"

"No, I need to go to meet the coach for a bit after exam and coach's room is closer to the auditorium than your class, so I'll catch up and meet you there"

"But you won't miss the announcement, will you?"

"No, obviously I won't."

"Alright then, I'll wait there with the guys, probably at the back row though since I don't like being in the front"

"Okay. C'mere, lemme give you a big, big hug" Reece said, opening his arms for me to step in. I gladly did so, snuggling my head on his warm chest.

"Good luck with your exam, just focus on that and forget this contest for a sec, okay? I know you'll do great just like always, but good luck!"

"Good luck to you too. Don't think about me too much. This exam is more important than me."

"Impossible, everything is less important than you are! But yeah, I'll try my best" He said, pulling away abruptly then looked down at me like I'm crazy but the small smile on his lips broke it all.

"Good. I love you, Reecey"

"I love you too, baby. I'll see you soon" He kissed my forehead lovingly and then ran away towards his class. That cute dork gonna be the death of me.

I entered my class and walked to the back row, settling myself down and wait for the other students to pile in. I'm all alone in this class, fucking French because none of the guys like it. They prefer Spanish instead when clearly French is much easier. But they said they don't wanna deal with all the weird alphabet, is there even weird alphabet? They're all the same for me, huff.

The teacher soon also came in and started to hand out the paper. I received mine and quickly fill in my ID. I started to answer the question, starting off really easy and rather fast but once I reach the middle sec, my mind started to wander around and it was like a huge blur. All I can think about is the contest and who's gonna be the winner. All the what if's also there to add more chaos and I feel like I wanna rip my brain out straight away.
