Chloe smiled down at her emptied plate. Her medium-well steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus paired perfectly with her red wine. Daniel had brought the bottle for her when she gushed about how much she loved it. She could definitely get used to this.

She lazily glanced over his figure. His body was turned slightly towards the view outside. His side profile just as gorgeous as his front. He looked amazing in his white t-shirt. It seemed to wrap around his muscles and give definition in all the right places while the light hit all his good angles. It was as if the world was working hard as hell to make him the most handsome man she's ever seen.

She was currently on her 3rd glass of wine and was savoring the warmth and tingling feeling it gave her. The buzz from the wine was setting her senses on fire, or maybe it was Daniel? There was no way she could tell since one of his hands was underneath the table rubbing her knee.

She decided that tonight she was going to let herself have this. His small romantic gestures and little intimate touches. Although he didn't know that. He was probably surprised that she was letting him touch her at all, but he also wasn't complaining.

She needed this. This break from reality. She felt so calm and safe with him. This feeling would have probably scared sober Chloe, but tipsy Chloe didn't care. Tipsy Chloe wanted all the feels.

Their conversations had been great. Nothing about her father's issues, or about her family's problems. Just about her and him. What their days were like, what their dreams were.

"You're staring." Daniel said turning from the window and towards her. She giggled slightly, a light heat coming to her face from being caught. She was thoroughly enjoying the way he was looking at her. Full of confidence and desire.

"Sorry." She smiled at him. He gave her a smirk and reacher pulling her even closer to him on the loveseat. Which should have been impossible given how tight the loveseat was, but somehow Daniel managed to do it.

"No need to be sorry. I'm glad you like what you see." His confidence was astounding. Oh, he came prepared tonight. He had all the charm in the world tonight and she was living for it. This was the real Daniel. The one that she was supposed to meet that night at the coffee shop, but her own fear and reluctance to change almost stopped her from seeing him.

" I do." She said simply. He did a double take at her response. He probably wasn't expecting her honesty.

"Maybe 3 glasses of wine is enough." He said, gently pushing the wine bottle away. Chloe couldn't help but giggle at his attempts to stop her from getting too carried away.

"I'm fine, don't worry. I'm slightly buzzed, but nowhere near drunk. I promise." She grabbed the dessert menu from the middle of the table from where the waitress had left it. "Shall we get dessert?"

The sun was almost gone from their view as she placed the menu in front of them. It was probably close to 9pm.

"Sure, what do you want to get?" He looked down at the menu. "They have a white vanilla cake, chocolate fudge cake. And a brownie sundae."

A chocolate cake would really hit the spot for her. Especially with her last glass of red wine. She looked to him and smiled.

"Chocolate fudge, please."

"Sure thing!" Daniel pressed a button on the side of the table and the waitress promptly appeared.

He spoke in rapid Korean, leaving Chloe only to guess what was being said. He settled back into the plush leather couch, putting an arm around her shoulders. His hand danced along her arm. She leaned into him her head resting on his shoulder.
