|Song: Control by Halsey|

Renegade was already not in the shape to fight and electricity didn't help, at all.

Then he heard some sounds behind him. It seems that Penguin didn't take any chances and he was not alone.

"Brought your friends?" Renegade asked through gritted teeth.

He tried to get up but it just hurt. He could smell the burnt flesh of his neck.

Penguin approached to Renegade but he was still cautiouss.

"Rough him up." Penguin said and one of his 'friends' pulled out a long wooden bat.

The rest was kind of blurry for Renegade.

At first, he held his arms, trying to dodge the hits. But it seems that more men were carrying bats.

Three more men came and started hitting Renegade and that's when Renegade gave in.

He rolled to his side and coughed blood.

"Now..." Penguin said and the electricity stopped.

Renegade let his breath out and tried to get up but he got kicked in the face in response.

"Hold him." Penguin said to the others.

They grabbed Renegade's arms and legs and held him down.

"Let's test your 'not showing pain' thing, shall we?" Penguin said and pulled out a nail.

Renegade struggled and tried to land a kick on anyone but the men holding him were strong.

Penguin crouched next to him and grabbed his hand. Renegade tried to break free again, understanding what was going to happen.

He held his fingers shut but Penguin forced him to open them and grabbed his forefinger and he sticked the nail inside it.

It was like Renegade's whole body was on fire.

Don't show pain.

Renegade just clenched his jaw and stared directly in the eyes of the Penguin. He was not going to give him the satisfaction of his pain.

"Is that all you got?" Renegade said and laughed.

"Oh we're just starting." Penguin said and pulled out four more nails.

One by one, he started sticking them into Renegade's other fingers.

Renegade clenched his other hand and bit his tongue in order not to show pain.

He kept struggling. He needed to find an opening and escape. Right now.

Renegade was not afraid of death. He already knew that he was most likely not going to see his twenties anyways.

But he didn't want to die in the hands of the Penguin inside a stupid prison. He wanted his death to be remembered so he needed to escape.

And when he was thinking all that, the lights went out.

Here's my cue to go.

The men holding him looked away to see what was going on for a second and that second was all Renegade needed.

He kicked the men who were holding him and with a quick move, he got up.

It was pitch black and he couldn't see the things in front of him, but he could still hear them. And it seemed that the other men couldn't manage to do that.

He heard some of the men shouting and grunting which made them even easier targets.

He walked to them slowly and quietly, without making even the smallest sound and stopped in front of a guy. It was hilarious how the guy didn't even notice a thing until Renegade punched him in the face, using his not nailed hand.

The man shouted and fell to the floor. Then the others started running in their direction.

With a quick decision, Renegade pulled the nails out from his hand. He grunted in a nearly inaudible voice. Man, that hurt.

He heard the footsteps coming closer and felt the wind of a punch before ducking and stabbing one of the nails to the man's hand.

The man screamed, holding his hand and fell to the ground. Renegade bent down and pulled out the nail from the man's hand and stabbed it through his throat.

He heard other footsteps coming and he catched one of the man's hand just before he was about to punch him.

Renegade bent the men's arm behind him and sliced his throat. The man chocked and fell to the ground.

He heard to other men running towards him and he threw two of the nails at their heads.

Renegade grinned as he heard two thuds meang that the nails hit their targets.

This caused the other men to back up a little and Renegade cackled. It echoed in the room and was even scarier in the dark.

Penguin pulled the collars button out again but before he could do anything Renegade pinned him to the wall and stabbed his hand to the wall with a nail.

He took the device from Penguin's hand and broke it.

He lifted his hand and was ready to finish Penguin when he heard a familiar sound.

"It's nice to see that you're still in shape Richard."

The lights came back on and the men Renegade mercilessly slaughtered could now be seen.

Renegade turned back and saw a face he didn't want to see ever again.

"Hello grandfather."
